One of the other big lies is that he claims to be personally responsible for a programme of ‘affordable housing’. That is a sneaky lie. A typical Ken Livingstone lie. Why? Because there is NO affordability in poverty. When people, communities are pushed into poverty, which Livingstone has been responsible for doing, those people cannot even think of affordability....
For DECADES, Ken Livingstone has BACKED the programme of dismantling the essence of public sector housing... What we know to be ‘council housing’.
From the time at the GLC [‘Greater London Council’, accurately described as Greedier Livingstone Conurbation’ by the BLACK PARENTS JOURNAL in the 1985-86 editions] - when the GLC controlled huge stock of the council housing - to the Blaired days when Council owned housing became the subject of open and brazen dismantling, Ken Livingstone has lied and he has done so solely to stay in Post an d to create for himself a spot of ‘exclusive’ ‘mention’ as the ‘one who did that as well’. He did no such thing. Livingstone has been responsible for institutionally serving the key agenda of Big Business.... He has lied on each and every count.
He has NOt backed the campaign against council house privatisation which is what has been taking place...
And this lying, the deception and the fraud applies to every single ‘claims’ that the lyingstill Livingstone has been making about any aspect of London.
And this really does include his over hyped claim that he has been opposed to the PFI.

Especially at that time of a weekend morning.... when the mind needed to hear some original thought and some thoughtful, truthful, relevant analysis of what was going on... Nothing Livingstone said amounted to anything..... Other than to reinforce the view that he is a petty egotistic time-seving careerist obsessed with his own access to publicly paid for platform , power and cash....

Gordon Brown's competence as an able finance minister keeps being exposed as having been a myth! After the event. The exposure that is... Because when Brown was still in post at the UK Treasury, the suggestion was not effectively made.
But the Gordon Brown myth as a competent manager fo the Uk economy was again brought to the for this week.
This happened on Wednesday this week when both the ‘main’ opposition parties’ raised questions about Gordon Brown during the 'presentation' made by the current fiancé Minster Alistair Darling in the UK House fo Commons...
Both the Tory George Osborn and the Lib Democratic Vince Cable made the same point in essence. And as usual Vince Cable had an almost real point to make when he said that as finance minister it was Gordon Brown who got rid of thousands of staff in the Inland Revenue. the implication of Cable’s statement being that because of staff cuts there was the data security scandal that there was in the Inland Revenue...

Evidence shows MANY MPs ARE CROOKS!
To examine the CROOKED behaviour of the MPs, it is important first to take a look at the ‘other’ unfitness that comes across when Parliament is encountered by ordinary people.
The KHOODEELAAR! campaign has been in ‘encounters’ with or against the misbehaving, misconducting ‘inhabitants of the UK Houses of Parliament’.
The ‘Crossrail Bill’ ‘Select Committee’ in the UK Houses of Parliament’ SHOWED during 2005- May 2008 [inclusive] that MANY of the ‘British parliamentarians’ are not only fit for purpose but that they are an affront to the idea of parliament They do not deserve to be in the Houses...
They do not show any evidence of being even aware of their duties...
And they most emphatically do not show any intellectual moral ethical ability to do the job....
ANY campaign that is organised to address the behaviour of any parliament is bound to come up against the reality of what the Parliamentarians is....
And the evidence so far gathered in and by the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole agenda... is overwhelming one that supports the demand that the British Parliament is NOT working. and MUST be replaced...NOT by another form of it... but by something else altogether... that something else will have to be REPRESENTATIVE of the people on universal objective and just criteria..........

What is significant in the context of the ‘debate’ held in the typically empty Chamber in the House of Commons is that those who are arguing on constitutional law and democratic al grounds that the Planning Bill will undermine democratic accountability [David Curry] and that it will invalidate certain statutes as passed by the House of commons, may have contributed to the confidence that Gordon Brown feels in introducing yet another Big Business-suiting, antidemocratic, draconian, antidemocratic piece of legislation.
And where might he get that go-ahead?
Why in the mass backing of the draconian way that the Crossrail Bill Select committee in the Commons and the counterpart charade in the House of Lords were given by these so-called accountability-conscious, rights-conscious, constitutionality-conscious ‘'legislators'’.
They caved in to the Crossrail hole plot. And they now have the ridiculously gall to complain that the new Planning Bill is another encroachment to civil liberties, to peoples’ say....
This is why the unconstitutionality of the Crossrail Bill is being put through the court process by KHOODEELAAR! This is so that these very serious issues are examined in court, through the court processes.....

Amec, the British engineering giant run by Samir Brikho, has emerged as a leading contender to manage the £40bn United Arab Emirates nuclear programme.
The FTSE-100 company is on a shortlist of nine for the role of managing agent. This would involve overseeing the technical design, construction and operation of around 14 nuclear facilities planned in the Gulf state.
Winning the contract would justify the decision of Amec to hire the Lebanese-born Mr Brikho as chief executive two years ago to refocus what was formerly mainly a building business on the energy and power markets. Amec, which has a turnover of £2.4bn a year, employs 22,000 people in more than 30 countries.
A spokesman confirmed on Friday: "We understand that we are one of a number of companies that have pre-qualified for the job."
Amec is sending a delegation to Abu Dhabi this week. The President of the UAE, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan, is understood to want an appointment to be made by the end of the summer, so that work can begin on ambitious plans to generate 20 MW of electricity using nuclear power by the end of the next decade.
Although the UAE is a big oil producer, a recent government report concluded that it would require at least 40,000 MW to meet its energy needs by 2020. Known volumes of natural gas could provide only half of this, so alternative energy sources had to be identified. The UAE chose nuclear as the cheapest, most environmentally friendly option.
Other "tier-one" nuclear players tipped by industry insiders to be on the shortlist include the US giants CH2M Hill, Bechtel and Fluor Corporation.
CH2M Hill is managing the construction programme of the London 2012 Games as a key Olympic Delivery Partner. Bechtel is advising on Crossrail, the £16bn west-to-east London rail link that is scheduled to get Royal Assent later this year.
A Whitehall source said that the UAE's plan is to have 75 nuclear engineers working on the programme this year and 300 by the end of 2010. The source added that the UAE's nuclear policy had impressed the UK government, which is embarking on its own nuclear new-build programme. He said that officials in the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation were "very serious grown-ups".
The UK showed support for the UAE's nuclear programme last month when an agreement was struck between the Trade minister Sir Digby Jones and the UAE government. The memorandum of understanding hinted at a sharing of information and training between the two nations. The UAE signed a similar document with the US in April.
The Gulf state won international support after it promised that its move would be for "peaceful nuclear energy" and it therefore would not enrich uranium materials domestically; such processes can lead to the development of nuclear weapons. Instead, the government will buy in enriched fuel.
Smaller UK companies are also talking to the UAE about their nuclear plans. VT Group, which owns British Nuclear Group Project Services, has been contacted by the UAE government for advice.

Crossrail hole plot-peddler Tom Harris must have tried out his MISERY line after internal consultation...
And so must Andy Burnham before his defamatory comments about David Davis and the 'Liberty' organisation's head Shami Chakrabarti...
Harris has behaved almost identically to that of Andy Burnham...
Burnham's 'regret', expressed at the end of an apparently long and convoluted statement to Shami Chakrabarti, the target of his smear and innuendo, and as published on TV last night, was another clue that he was acting after 'consultation'...
Any person with ordinary sense of decency and common sense would have known that Burnham's innuendo would not be acceptable behaviour
Yet he went ahead and did it. Not just in an off the cuff comment in a chance conversation with a door stepping reporter from a shady publication....
But in the Stalinist internal Party publication, the Gordon Brown version of the Blairing Pravda that is conjured up by a number of timeserving bureaucrats And the topic could not be hotter.
For the time.
David Davis has made a statement [12 June 2008] that really does contain a very serious list of allegations against the abusers of power in the state....
And for Burnham to say that he was not aware of the offence and the grotesque smear he was embarking on shows that either he was a fraudster, plagiariser and a con man as a student at Cambridge and obtained his formal paper degrees by deception because he was too thick to deserve those. Or that he is not dim at all. But that he is definitely dishonest. Very dishonest.
Why?
Because it took the equivalent of a UK-wide campaign before Burnham even agreed to issue that statement to Shami Chakrabarti....

ANALYSING the contents of the licencepayers’-paid-for BBC NEWSNIGHT that did the lying for the UK Govt and overlooked the Gordon Brown regime’s flouting the of UK’s ‘constitutional convention’ that the independence of the judiciary must be respected......
This is being done in the context of the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against the unconstitutionality of the Gordon Brown regime in sabotaging any attempt at scrutiny of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ which has just been given de facto stamp of approval by the stooged ‘House of Lords Crossrail Bill Select Committee’.
Khoodeelaar! is now able to confirm that as the role of the two ‘select committees’ has been in effect sabotaged by the Govt and scrutiny of the contents, the purpose and the implications of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ PREVENTED in effect, that the process of ‘law making’ or ‘legislation’ in the Uk has been on this occasion contrary to the UK’;s constitutional obligations, duties shall be filing the first of a series of court challenges against this in due c course....
I am going to look in detail at the BBC’s role in breaching this convention often and on a daily basis.
I shall also focus on the tetchy and persistent way that david Dimbleby interrupted David Davis oN Thursday [QUESTION Time, BBC1 Thursday 19 June 2008] and gave the laboured impression that he, Dimbleby, was determined to call Davis’s bluff! That it was the BBC that had the bluff escaped Dimbleby who was carrying out the agenda that had been set for him by those who wanted the abolition of the Magna Carta to become acceptable... I shall discuss in further detail the role of the Dimbleby brothers in undermining the universally held aspects of ‘civilisation’.... And I shall look at how the ‘radical’ Jonathan Dimbleby was ‘jokingly’ inciting callers to make racist calls and incite to racist disaffection via the BBC.........

Reviewing Boris Johnson’s statements as broadcast on the BBC: The ‘Drive’ programme on Radio 5 on Wednesday and ‘Today’ programme on Radio 4 on Thursday 19 June 2008:
First the ‘Today’ programme:
Boris Johnson has got to sort out his thinking and match his words and his thoughts! Or he will end up adding to the CROSSRAIl crassness...
The extent of thought and the status of thought that became apparent in the various utterances that Boris Johnson made on the BBC this morning... raise questions about what exactly is going on within the Boris Johnson administration... Because if he is not sure about Ken Livingstone’s ‘memorandum of understanding’ then he should not make statements that appear to refer to it in a way that says it exists.
For Johnson to reach half way or near the end fo an interview talking about things stemming from or linked with a memorandum of understanding and to say he doubts if it exists at all is not showing coherent thinking...
This is important. Why? Because the use or the abuse or the unnecessary expenditure of hundreds of £Millions of public money should worry all in society.
And if Boris Johnson hasn’t got to the bottom of the financial ‘deal’ between Ken Livingstone and Gordon Brown yet then he should make sure that no statement is made again ion his behalf endorsing Crossrail....
Before any more utterances are made peddling the same line as we have noted had been peddled by Livingstone, Boris Johnson must get the facts right and that way he will avoid calamitous financial, economic, environmental and political consequences......

Crossrail hole plot-peddler in the UK House of commons, Tom Harris, is a lightweight. He is also very mechanical… He is given a script and he delivers it.
His current script on Crossrail is that they drop the word in any space that is apparently about transport needs in London… Or even about the economy in London
It doesn’t matter why it is included. But they drop Crossrail in anyway.
As has happened in the alleged reply by Tom harris to a piece by Ian Jack carried in the Guardian. That ian Jack piece about transport and the cluelessness of the Gordon Brown regime on transport in itself was a historic event.
Harris has no idea what he is talking about. In his plug for Crossrail as published by the Guardian Unbelievable web site today, Harris lists a number of claims that are meaningless… I
t is like Gordon Brown or Tony Blair reading out scripts prepared by machines. This sort of mechanical reading out of machine-produced lists takes place on any ordinary promotional day in Parliament.
Today was one such day. .
In the main chamber of the House of Commons was the term-time equivalent of the week’s Party. Lasting half an hour, it is all over in 32 minutes….
They had the PMQs. And Gordon Brown was as artificial on each 'topic' and on each ‘Question’ as he had pretended [before taking over as PM] he would not be. Like Tony Blair. And less spontaneous… He would have been spontaneous if he wanted to tell the truth. He settled for lies. For spin. For propaganda. From Afghanistan boasts to plugging GW Bush …… It was a fake show.. An artificial show and an empty show…. Just as was the performance of Stephen Timms, who took over after 7 PM to speak about debts, poverty and hardship in the country… Only that he did not… He delivered probably another of his own type of mechanical statements… But boy! Was it really lifeless….It had the statistics It had the figures… But there was no life… No link between Stephen Timms and living breathing human beings going through hardship, debt and desolation, destitution caused by the impudence of the regime that Timms forms part of and profits from…Just like Tom Harris His scripted machine piece for Crossrail as it has appeared on the Guardian Unbelievable web site is just as lifeless… There is no hint even that Harris recognises the fact that people have been campaigning against undemocratic passage of Big Business measures through Parliament…

Crossrail hole plot-peddler in the UK House of commons, Tom Harris, is a lightweight. He is also very mechanical… He is given a script and he delivers it.
His current script on Crossrail is that they drop the word in any space that is apparently about transport needs in London… Or even about the economy in London
It doesn’t matter why it is included. But they drop Crossrail in anyway.
As has happened in the alleged reply by Tom harris to a piece by Ian Jack carried in the Guardian. That ian Jack piece about transport and the cluelessness of the Gordon Brown regime on transport in itself was a historic event.
Harris has no idea what he is talking about. In his plug for Crossrail as published by the Guardian Unbelievable web site today, Harris lists a number of claims that are meaningless… I
t is like Gordon Brown or Tony Blair reading out scripts prepared by machines. This sort of mechanical reading out of machine-produced lists takes place on any ordinary promotional day in Parliament.
Today was one such day. .
In the main chamber of the House of Commons was the term-time equivalent of the week’s Party. Lasting half an hour, it is all over in 32 minutes….
They had the PMQs. And Gordon Brown was as artificial on each 'topic' and on each ‘Question’ as he had pretended [before taking over as PM] he would not be. Like Tony Blair. And less spontaneous… He would have been spontaneous if he wanted to tell the truth. He settled for lies. For spin. For propaganda. From Afghanistan boasts to plugging GW Bush …… It was a fake show.. An artificial show and an empty show…. Just as was the performance of Stephen Timms, who took over after 7 PM to speak about debts, poverty and hardship in the country… Only that he did not… He delivered probably another of his own type of mechanical statements… But boy! Was it really lifeless….It had the statistics It had the figures… But there was no life… No link between Stephen Timms and living breathing human beings going through hardship, debt and desolation, destitution caused by the impudence of the regime that Timms forms part of and profits from…Just like Tom Harris His scripted machine piece for Crossrail as it has appeared on the Guardian Unbelievable web site is just as lifeless… There is no hint even that Harris recognises the fact that people have been campaigning against undemocratic passage of Big Business measures through Parliament…

“Solutions will not be solved by just one council, but by schemes like Crossrail and the fast bus scheme - and clearing notorious congestion hotspots."
Putting aside for now the tautological aspect of the reported utterance by the named councillor, it is important to ask those who plug Crossrail like that to show how the scheme will make proportional difference for the better. Crossrail is cited, as has happened din your report, as a mantra.
Not as a well thought out solution to the transport needs that people in London experience.
Where is the evidence that any part of London, affected by the Crossrail line, has witnessed ordinary people expressing a pro-active demand for such a project?
In the Queen’s Birthday Honours, the City of London’s Michael Snyder has been made a knight. His only contribution, as trumpeted by the Times newspaper months before the ‘honour’, was that he became synonymous with the City of London’s promotion of Crossrail.
No community ANYWHERE in London, including in Ealing, can be cited as being associated with the promotion of a slogan for Crossrail. It is well known and admitted by the promoters themselves that Crossrail is a scheme for Big Business. Not for ordinary people.
The commitment of £5 to £6Billion of public money plus the planned taxing of ordinary Londoners to the tunes of between £12 to £20 Billion to get Crossrail going, are far too irresponsible and uneconomic.
We have argued for 55 months now that the present ‘Crossrail’ scheme has been CRASSly conceived. In every key respect.
It has been and will remain a scam to enable Big Business to pocket £Billions of public cash...
Both in the House of Commons and in the House of Lords during the ‘Select committee’ procedures on the Crossrail Bill, we have sought to have the evidence examined.
To no avail.
BOTH Houses were in effect controlled by undemocratic forces who had vested interest in ensuring that no debate took p;ace on the alleged amerits and the demonstrable demerits of the Crossrail plot. Those forces prevented the evidence being examined by Parliament.
We are now preparing to challenge the procedures in UK domestic court before making the constitutional challenge at European court level.

The poverty at the heart of the UK Parliament that David Davis has highlighted is the poverty that KHOODEELAAR! NO to Crossrail hole Bill has been campaigning to end...
And the urgency of the task became clear once again today wednesday 18 June 2008 when Harriet Harman the former ‘secretary’ [who was placed in that decorative Post after Patricia Hewitt ended her tenure un the same post] of the ‘national Council for Civil Liberties’ [NCCL] clashed with David Davis, via the BBC.
The response from ordinary people in the main has been reasonably understandable. Most people approved of the stand that Davis has taken on the matter of civ il liberties. Isn’t it very significant that Harriet Harman, decorated all the way throughout her career as a face of the former Labour Party without there being any evidence that she deserved to be so decorated....is playing the part of a miniature stalinist whilst the man who was in the SAS and is unashamedly a right-winger [that is, one who stands for values that would not, in most cases, be acceptable to most democratic people] is now having to do battle for the defence of some of the most fundamental of democratic principles in the Brown fronted Blaired state of the UK.........!
How far backwards has Blair dragged us... And how really dim is the Gordon Brown regime!
You only have to suffer a few sentences being mouthed by any random selection of the ‘cabinet ministers [can you believe these people!] on serious matters that make society - or break society - and you get the chilling evidence that these people are from another planet....
This is called complete alienation of society by the cabal of ruling time-servers.
Interesting, then, that this word ‘cabal’ was used by Gordon Brown himself, in his PMQs today.[Wednesday 18 June 2008]..
How significant is that?

That alone is the biggest poverty-creation programme... Because most of the state-funding and control operated via patronage scams, channelled via hundreds of allegedly independent ['voluntary' modalled outfits], the key agenda is to dis-educate or mis-educate or to NOT educate at all.. This affects the majority of the conventionally understood age groups which are in the under 30 elves. But this also affects the over 30s and covers the ages upto 70... In the groups, the propaganda says that all ‘needs’ are attended to... that is a fundamental untruth It is patently untrue that the meeting of the needs is their key or even the s secondary interest They are in it for the money.... And as true education programme and money-grabbing do not go well together at all in situations like the East End of London and in similarly communities anywhere, the result of the money-grabbing ‘motivating’ has been and is too widespread to conceal... the inner city East End of London remains at the top of the deprivation, poverty, ill health, bad housing for ordinary people league tables...... The KEY CORE INTEREST the ‘management’ of the poverty-creating projects have is to GET THE CASH.. To GRAB THE CASH.. To get the loot..... This is allowed because there is no accountability..No audit no ethics no conscientious caring ....... LEAST of all via the ‘ locally’ ‘elected’ Tower Hamlets London Borough council, which is itself corruptly controlled........ And it is not possible to find any evidence of accountability by the organisations themselves... The result is that the poverty creation programme that began in the inner cities in the 1960s is very much alive and going from one level of deprivation to the next... From one generation of impoverished to the next.... Long before the Crossrail Bill Select Committee [House of Commons] formally 'heard' some of the evidence against the CrossRail hole Bill threat to the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area, Khoodeelaar! the campaign against CrossRail had decided on a set of actions that included a specific constitutional dimension. After witnessing the blatant obstruction against key presenters of anti-CrossRail evidence in the Committee during June 2006, Khoodeelaar! Has now decided to test the UK law in a way that will perhaps bring the Human Rights Act 1998 into very unexpected focus.
1. The main constitutional law allegation that I could find against the Secretary of State was that he lied in and to Parliament, he misled parliament and he wrongly failed to tell the House of Commons fully and duly of the requirement that UK law had to comply with the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental freedoms.
2. That was based on the preliminary and literal reading of the contents of the Crossrail Bill, as introduced to the House of Commons by [the then] Transport Secretary Alistair Darling on 22 February 2005.
3. Having observed since that date the many activities of the Transport Secretary and the rest of the groupings that make up the ‘promoter’ of the Crossrail Bill, it is clear that compatibility with constitutional requirements is not at the top of the priorities of the UK executive seeking to get the Crossrail Bill through Parliament.
4. It has been clear from the behaviour of the two successive holders of the office of Secretary of State at the UK Department for Transport over the past 24 months that compliance with the Treaty obligations on ECHR is nothing more than a nuisance to them and to the Blair regime. They have shown remarkably consistent evidence of hostility to the rule of law and due process and constitutionality for the promotion of the CrossRail project
5. It was only through the sustained campaign on the ground over the past 31 months backed up with original Khoodeelaar!! Legal analyses of the UK executive's behaviour that we have been able to show that the Secretary of State was wrong to have introduced the Crossrail Bill in the shape it was introduced and that he was wrong to have flouted the UK’s constitutional law making treaty obligations that he did.
Especially, as I have pointed out on dozens of occasions already including in pieces carried on indymedia UK and international sites, about the abuses of the executive powers to make several hundred million £ available to the promoters without any justification.
That abuse of public money has included the abuses of the local tiers of peoples and community representation.
Where Ruth Kelly herself lives, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council has been one abysmally antidemocratic, anti-community, cabal of corruption, misrepresentation of the local people that is found anywhere in the whole of the UK.
And has Ruth Kelly’s aid a word in opposition to the corrupt Tower Hamlets Council?
Has she spoken a word in support of the community that is threatened by Crossrail?

Today, in what his critics dismissed as a thinly veiled publicity stunt, he spent little more than 90 seconds inside 5 Tong, the house where she grew up four miles from Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis.
As his convoy of gas-guzzling 4x4s - including two BMW X5s and a black Porsche Cayenne, the only one on the island - pulled to a halt outside the modest croft house of Alastair and William Murray, the neighbours across the road looked distinctly unimpressed.
"He's only a human being, we never saw the likes of this in our lives," said one, shaking his head. "He's had a lifetime to come here so why is he doing it now? It's just a PR stunt."
"Morning, everybody. Windy, huh?" he said as the first spots of rain began to fall and the world's most famous combover haircut came close to showing precisely why the Outer Hebrides is known as the wind power capital of Europe.
Addressing the press in a cafe back in Stornoway, where locals gave him rousing applause, Mr Trump said that the trip had been emotional. Despite his professed love of all things Scottish, he has not been back to Lewis since he visited as a toddler with his mother - a trip he says has no recollection of.
Flanked by his sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, 71, a federal appeals court judge, he said: "I was here many, many years ago with my mother as a young child and I haven't been back since because I've been so busy working, having some fun in New York, let's put it that way. We're building all over the world and now we are back here, we are just happy to be back here."
Asked whether there was any truth to claims that his trip was a cynical PR exercise, he replied: "Zero. We were flying in, and I said this was the right time to come. We were actually going to do it the other way round [after the visit to Aberdeen]."
His sister, who has been to Lewis more than two dozen times, wowed local reporters by speaking a few words of Gaelic before giving a ringing endorsement of her brother that sounded like a courtroom character reference.
"I just want to say, my mother would be so proud to see Donald here today," she said. "She would be so proud to see what he's done, all the good he's done, the television star that he is." She added: "He's never forgotten where he came from and he came from here."

Like millions of Americans before him, Donald John Trump today travelled across the Atlantic to see first hand his Scottish roots.
But this was a trip with a difference. As Mr Trump posed for photographs with his Scottish cousins outside the house where his mother was born, the tailfin of his private jet - emblazoned with a giant red "T" - was just visible on the runway of the airport across the bay.
Tomorrow, the 61-year-old billionaire famous for his New York skyscrapers and as the face of the NBC reality television show The Apprentice will testify at a public inquiry in Aberdeen called to hear evidence about a £1 billion golf resort he wants to build on a stretch of sand dunes just north of the city.
The development was referred to a public inquiry by the Scottish Executive after local councillors rejected it last year.

Unless David Ca-Moron does some serious public apologising pretty fast he will make Gordon Brown look almost ethical.... Does he really want that to gain currency... after the Crewe and Nanwitch derailment that Ca-Moron so enjoyed...?

This is shown in David Cameron's light appearance almost relaxed responses to the media after Giles Chichester said he was quitting as the Tories' Europe Parliament group leader....Cameron became Ca-Moron again by showing no serious sense of shame and embarrassment...
Then there was Theresa May, doing her bit for the nasty party [Oops! whoever would have called Theresa Party' the nasty party!] on Newsnight on Thursday 5 June 2008.
Like Ca-Moron, Theresa was not in the mood to concede anything.... She was as adamant as Ca-Moron himself that by quitting as MEP group leader, Chichester had done the right thing. And that was that...

So that’s all right then, isn’t it!
Because the Tory giving the certificate is George Osborne, the equivalent for the Tories to what Gordon Brown was for the Blaired party.
There are a few things wrong with this certificate.
Osborne is not himself ‘more open’ than anybody else. In fact, when the ‘media spotlight’ is placed on him, which will happen sometime in the future [and perhaps even sooner than Osborne may feel it may come], he will be puffed out…
But where will that lead ‘us’, the ordinary people in Britain who wait for years for the miscreants in parliament to be exposed, caught out…
Not far by the looks of things. Why? Because the ‘spotlight’ as featured on the BBC 2 slot ‘NEWSNIGHT’ last night [Friday 6 June 2008] around the nanny-money-mini-scandal of Caroline Spelman, is unlikely to be taken to the ethical conclusion. BY either main party. Or indeed by the so-called third ‘main’ party, as measured by the numerical presence in the UK House of Commons.
For all the main parties are operated by sleaze. They are unethical. As they are unaccountable.
It is a democratic prison that the UK Parliament is… It is full of images and symbols, all of which are now way past the sell-by dates… We have reached a morass… And there is no sign that any alternative is on the horizon.
This became clear when Emily Maitlis, fronting the 'NEWSNIGHT' [BBC2] slot for the Friday evening, continued her ritualistic questioning after doing the ritualistic, vapid talking to Michael Crick [who seems to be returning to reporting after a long period in internal BBC careeristic diversion and attempts and retraining] turned to Alistair Graham. Graham was the so-called standards man not long ago.
And he did his own ritual recommending of what is to be done… He was most concerned about the reputation of Parliament being damaged….
That was the clearest sign if any were needed as to how backward the ‘standards’ ‘watchdog’ thing is… And why it cannot be relied on to uphold ethics and accountability…
The Caroline Spelman 'money-nanny'-mini-scandal broke in news terms on the day that John Major had been featured in the Times as being concerned about falling standards and in particular about the Gordon Brown assault on civil liberties….
By the time he was verbally cuddled by Evan davis on the Today programme this morning , Major was already in a mode of defensive retreat.
Especially when Evan Davis menacingly asked him to opine on the location, historically, of Gordon Brown in the scales of misery…. Major would not countenance any attempt at being used as a measure of misery…
Even he thought Gordon Brown’s position today was worse than anything that might have happened to him [Major]…. He rushed out the battered image of good old Anthony Eden, the perennial sick bag of British misery measurement….
This shows that there is no owning up to any responsibility, any sense of responsibility at all…. Not a good example, was he, that bloke from ‘Brixton [of fantasy]’ John Major?
He was as daft and useless at backing the real accountability team on Saturday 7 June 2008 as he had been in 1995 [the year they talked about when Major had been going through his Gordon Brown period…..!]
History and language are to be put on a backward trip... Just like Major had spun the back to basic scam that ended in total social humiliation for him...
We have to travel back to Anthony Eden and begin to appreciate just how bad the image and the reality of Britain was….
