KHOODEELAAR! No to CRASSrail hole plot 1800 GMT London Friday 25 July 2008: What KHOODEELAAR! has said for 56 months, is being vindicated by the peddlers of the scam, belatedly....One thing we have shown CRASSrail to be is that it is a LOBBY product. Lobby by Big Business... Lobby of Parliament by secret forces out to pocket £Billions of public cash... Lobby by construction outfits who are callous about transport... let alone the environment... or the economic,.. They have sabotaged the democratic process, undermined the due process of parliament parliament and participated in the stooging of STOOGE the two Select Committees in the two Hoses of Parliament.... And they have shown contempt to the existing transport infrastructure and they have lied....... the ‘right lobby’ is what Francis Salway has now admitted they did.. They could not care less about transport... Least of all about the people in whose name the Big infrastructure projects cam was contrived and made into an ‘Act’... That was a discredited act before it became a ‘Royal Assent’ ‘stamped’ Act.. Time now to scrap it.....

BASINGSTOKE Councillor, too, says CROSSRAIL is not a sensible thing....

KHOODEELAAR! 1738 GMT London 25 July 2008:
You report Councillor Horace Mitchell as stating "I don't see a lot of common sense in it," Indeed! That is why the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against Crossrail has dubbed the scheme CRASS rail. In the past three days following the formal assent being attached to the Hybrid Crossrail Bill, certain views which only KHOODEELAAR! had stated in the period February 22 2005 to July 21 2008 about Crassrail have also been in effect acknowledged, for the first time' by some of the most fanatic members of the pro-Crossrail propaganda machines. Evidently, they too now realise that Crossrail does not make sense! We argued that the Bill was being passed through the Commons and the Lords -including via the 'Crossrail Bill Select committee' set up in each House- without scrutiny. There was a stooge committee in each House and the 360 odd objectors were not allowed to question the main premise of the Bill. We have shown that the Bill was unconstitutional and are now about to file the long overdue constitutional law challenges in the UK domestic courts. We are doing this so that a sensible solution to transport needs of the areas can be found and funded with the precious, scarce public money. As Channel 4 news pointe d out in October 2007 when reporting Brown’s then election-linked series of publicity statements, the ‘commitment’ of £Billions of public funds to Crossrail was AGAINST the advice of Rod Eddington. Eddington, the former aviation trade executive, had been specially commissioned to do a report on the future of UK’s transport infrastructure....! Brown there behaved imprudently. It is not too late even now to stop the further waste of £Billions..... Places like Basingstoke deserve a full and fair say on the transport provisions being planned with public money and in the name of the public in the region...Yours sincerely, Muhammad Haque, Organiser, KHOODEELAAR! No to “Crossrail hole plot....” CAMPAIGN 1725 GMT London Friday 25 July 2008

NOTWORK RAIL will fail again and lumber the public with £Billions pocketed by Big Businesses contractors... Crossrail is LOSSRAIL! Scrap it now..

How KHOODEELAAR! TOLD YOU HOW THE CRASS peddlers of Crossrail were lying as they were spinning the CRASS lies...They admit the lies now!
And why are they admitting their lies within days of the CRASSrail Bill being given the routine ‘assent’ in the name of the ‘Monarch’?
Because they have found out that they can’t even find the excuses to rob the public of the cash they want the public to part with to let the Big Business Crossrail agenda setters pocket the loot..
They know that with NOTWORKRail failing abysmally, no amount of glossy stunt will convince the suffering public to trust NOTWORK Rail to have ownership of the actual project worry so much public expenditure...
There is no way that the CRASSrail hole plotters can sell their lies with impunity any more...
Especially not when they are all looking to the public source for salvaging so many of their other corrupt ventures......
Because they know that the EXISTING transport infrastructure in London has been in urgent need of comprehensive attention. For years.
That the neglected existing transport infrastructure carries more passenger capacity than Crassrail will ever do.. Many times more than CRASSrail CAN EVER do.
Because they know that no matter what gloss they put on Crossrail, it cannot reach the parts that the existing infrastructure reaches...
Because they know that there NEVER has been public demand for Crassrail ANYWHERE.....

How can the CRASSrail hole plot-peddling, lying Guardian now admit that the Tube trains even exist in London?

EXPOSING the latest Crossrail hole plot Big Business agenda-backing London Guardian newspaper group:
How can the CRASSrail hole plot-peddling, lying Guardian now admit that the Tube trains even exist in London?
After practically OMITTING ALL the existing transport systems and INFRASTRUCTURES in and around London for years during the callous plugs and peddling for CRASSrail in collusion with Ken Livingstone, the Guardian has suddenly discovered that in London there is a thing called the Tube!
Not only that.
But that it needs being spent money on. Things like improvements and maintenance!
This is a surprise indeed!
For over four years the lying Guardian has refused to tell the truth and has refused to publish any KHOODEELAAR! report or comment or view about the fact that CRASSRAIL is an economic, environmental and financial diversion, that it was a wasteful one, that it was much less important than the EXISTING underground transport network....
This is the second publication after the Daily Telegraph, to start admitting the existence of the London underground system ....
KHOODEELAAR! is challenging the Guardian to find one item of analysis that we have published in the past 56 months that they, the Guardian can fault. or that they have shown in print or online in that same 56 months....
If they cannot show it then they must admit they were wrong and they were biased and that they lied....

Tube upgrade will not be sidelined by Crossrail, says Johnson
Dan Milmo
guardian.co.uk, Wednesday July 23 2008
Article history
London mayor Boris Johnson warned today that the £16bn Crossrail line must not take priority over a £30bn upgrade of the capital's tube network, amid concerns over the amount of public funding required to cover both transport projects.
Johnson said he was "determined" that the overhaul of the underground system will not be shelved in order to fund Crossrail, which received royal assent from the Queen last night and will begin construction next year for a 2017 opening.
"I am determined that the government will honour its obligation to Londoners," said Johnson.
The mayor added that the tube project was "co-equal" with Crossrail, which will bore train tunnels under central London and carry 200 million passengers per year on a route that stretches from Maidenhead in the west to Shenfield in Essex.
"It would be quite wrong to rob Peter in order to pay Paul. The upgrade of the tube is the most vital thing we can do for Londoners. It is co-equal with Crossrail," he said.
Asked if he would choose the upgrade over the Crossrail project, he said: "I refuse to go into either/or conversations because that is completely fruitless."
Speaking at an event to mark the formal royal assent for the Crossrail bill this morning, Johnson said Londoners had been "promised" the upgrades by the government and expect the tube to improve over the next decade.
However, funding of the upgrades is in doubt following the collapse of Metronet, one of the companies charged with carrying out the work under the world's biggest public private partnership.
Metronet ran up a projected overspend of at least £2bn and the remaining PPP contractor, Tube Lines, is negotiating the funding settlement for its next round of work between 2010 and 2017.
According to senior sources, Tube Lines could be facing a funding gap of a similar scale to Metronet's. The PPP contract referee, Chris Bolt, is due to publish his report on Tube Lines' financial needs for 2010 to 2017 next month. The mayor's transport body, Transport for London, requested the assessment after becoming concerned that both sides are too far apart on how much funding Tube Lines needs.
The funding for the tube upgrades and TfL's contribution to building Crossrail must come from a £39bn funding settlement from the Department for Transport, which covers all of TfL's budgetary requirements up to 2017. TfL and the Greater London Authority have pledged £7.7bn to Crossrail, but one senior transport source told the Guardian in May that the settlement, negotiated by Johnson's predecessor Ken Livingstone, underestimated the tube costs.
It is understood that around £10bn is needed to cover the PPP work due to be carried out between 2010 and 2017, which includes new signalling systems on the Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria lines. The £39bn must also cover the costs of TfL's bus network, which requires an annual subsidy of £500m.
Peter Hendy, London's transport commissioner, said today that TfL expected the work to be carried out, even if the funding situation remains undecided.
"It has always been the case that the money associated with the PPP was unclear after 2010. What the mayor is relying on strongly is that the government's commitment is to all the tube upgrades.
"Much of the capital equipment is shot and the trains are old. Most of the major work on these upgrades is in the period to 2017 and Boris Johnson expects it to funded and carried out," he said.
Hendy admitted to London Assembly members earlier this year that TfL did not know whether the £39bn would cover the next phase of the tube upgrade. TfL expects to complete a financial assessment of its tube plans, including those of TfL-owned Metronet, by the autumn.

After Glasgow East, KHOODEELAAR! in defence of London East against Crossrail, notes the Daily Telegraph and LSE confession
By©Muhammad Haque
0455 GMT 0555 UK Time London Friday 25 July 2008: KHOODEELAAR! told you so! For 56 months we have analysed the evidence, we have searched for the evidence and we have published the findings as based on the evidence. That CROSSRAIL London is not economically justified.
That it is not the right answer to the EXISTING transport needs of London we have said so since the campaign against Crossrail hole agenda attacks on the East End of London was begun on 31 January 2004... We have said it in a thousand article, files, dispatches, diagnostic items ALL published on the internet and on more than 100 separate web sites an d web links and blogging sites ways...
In over 10 millions documentary, analytical, investigative words we have authored, created and published over 4 years and six months of daily research, analyses and publishing against the Crossrail hole scam....!
We have said it in print. We have aid it verbally. we have said in letters, statements and comments... Not a single other publication, or source has said so. Not anywhere nearly as clearly, consistently, coherently as they have now begun to say! It is very significant that the Daily Telegraph[ah dated 23 July 2008 says nearly as many key things about the defects of Crossrail as we have been saying . Why is that date significant? Because it is the day after we published [and served on Johnson ] our comprehensive legal action programme and ground s against Boris Johnson [on the basis of his refusal up to 22 July 2008 to disown Ken Livingstone's 'mayoral' 'commitment' to Crassrail].....
We are vindicated... again....
But that is not enough...
We want Boris Johnson-friendly Daily Telegraph [and Boris Johnson himself] to go all the logical and responsible way and say everything that Khoodeelaar!! has said for the past 56 months... with the evidence that Khoodeelaar! has unearthed, enlisted and published showing the unsuitability, the undesirability and the crassness and wastefulness and the diversion of Crossrail...... [To be continued]
Here is the Daily Telegraph’s confession [on their web site dated 23 July 2008] that they in effect NOW agree with the KHOODEELAAR! analysis that Crossrail hole plot is CRASS......
[They have to go far further than what they say in the linked piece]

Above all else, the KHOODEELAAR! campaign is against the making of the East End of London poorer...
Crossrail is the latest piece in the big agenda of Big Business against the little people...
Little people that the Big Business consider unable to resist the onslaught....
We have examined the process over the past 56 months and we have put the spotlight on the key aspects of how the community in the East End is made poor, kept in poverty.
All done by the abuse of the local council. Via the local council. and Via other 'democratic' institutions, agencies, bodies, groups, centres and facilities... that are kept 'in place' in the name of the local people...
As we enter the phase of court challenges against the Crossrail hole agenda and attacks on the community, we also begin the publication of some evidentially representative cases of how the community in the East End of London is kept in poverty....

0310 Hrs GMT London Friday 25 July 2008: This is Friday. According to all the 'mainstream' , 'popular' 'media' the Friday in the East End of London is the one day in the week when unidentified but wholly stereotyped extremist events take place ..... By all received and prevalent usages of the term ‘extremist’, it is to be found not far from the relative ‘radical’, which in turn is not very far from ‘campaign’.... The latter two are about justice. It is very rare, ‘extremely’ so, that either [‘radical’ or ‘extremist’] is associated with negative aim. That is to say, radical and extremist are often about seeking positive aims. Like fairness. Equality. Justice.... Which are among some of the key aims behind the Khoodeelaar! campaign. Yet there is no evidence that hordes of radicals from the ordinary population are up in arms campaign against Big Business... It is one thing that the effects of Big Business police and the local Council’s treachery against the local people will hurt the people. But it is another thing to say that therefore the people are doing much to oppose the attacks. Which means that the people are passive..... Sleeping... Which is where the Khoodeelaar! campaign has found them over the past 56 months.... Which is why the references to ‘the East End’ as uttered in Glasgow, Scotland, early this morning by John Mason of the Scottish National Party [=’SNP’] need to be qualified by voicing the concerns about Lon don’s East End.... If Brown has messed up in Glasgow East so Brown has messed up in London East... Khoodeelaar! has been telling Brown so since February 2004...... If an electoral disaster were to be repeated against Brown-fronted Blaired outfit at the next election in London ‘s East then alone will they listen... But what then? What after they have ‘listened’? They will FUND some of the ‘locally’ based agents, touts, timeservers and assorted operatives, under various guises in ‘the community’.
Who are keeping their eyes on those outfits?
Who will make sure that THEY do not rob the people in whose name they are funded?
