KHOODEELAAR! noting the evidence of Boris Johnson being condemned for using a litany including CROSSRAIL in order to avoid the local truth
KHOODEELAAR! is doing so as part of the legal and constitutional law case and action programme against Crossrail and against its peddlers.
The context is, as it has been from Day One of our campaign 5 years ago in January 2004 that there is NO EVIDENCE of ANY SIGNIFICANCE that ANY part of the ordinary population as opposed to City of London and such like [more on that in a later commentary] for a scam that corresponded to the Crossrail one.
And this is borne out in the report by the web site we quote from below. In their report today, they include CROSSRAIL as uttered by Boris Johnson which they describe as a litany.
KHOODEELAAR! has itself used that very word in the past 48 hours in relation to CRASSrail and its peddlers.
Boris Johnson was in effect condemned for mouthing that litany including CRASSrail. Johnson did that as a way to AVOID answering questions on other transport issued that the web site representative put to him

Mayor of London Boris Johnson visited Elephant & Castle on Sunday to address the Latin American community so we asked for a progress report on the removal of the southern roundabout.
Boris Johnson cycles away from the Elephant & Castle Leisure Centre on Sunday
The Mayor received gifts including a scarf made of alpaca wool, a commemorative plaque and two bouquets
When Boris Johnson surveyed the Elephant & Castle's southern roundabout as he prepared to cycle away, the London SE1 website took the opportunity to ask the Mayor when he would sign off the much-delayed proposals to remodel the junction to provide surface-level pedestrian crossings.
Mr Johnson chuckled knowingly and replied with a grin: "Watch this space".
Just before Christmas Mr Johnson told the London Assembly that he expected Transport for London and Southwark Council to reach agreement about the future of the road junction some time in Spring 2009.
The Mayor took to the road just outside the Metropolitan Tabernacle. Last November he was quizzed at a City Hall meeting by London Assembly member Val Shawcross who pressed the Mayor on the cycle accident statistics for the two junctions at the Elephant & Castle and the link road in between.
Boris Johnson was at the Elephant & Castle Leisure Centre on Sunday to address 2,000 members of London's Latin American community.
He had attended a pre-election hustings meeting with other mayoral candidates in late April 2008 and had promised to make another visit if elected.
The Mayor received a rapturous welcome and thrilled the crowd by peppering his speech with a few Spanish phrases. He was rewarded with a standing ovation at the end of his address.
Mr Johnson described himself as "a fervent admirer of Latin American and Ibero-American culture".
He avoided any direct reference to the Elephant & Castle regeneration – which could squeeze out small Latin American businesses from the area – and instead fell back on a familiar litany including his extension of the validity of the Freedom Pass, Crossrail, the London Tideway Tunnel sewer and support for the London Living Wage.
The Mayor also reiterated his controversial support for an amnesty for illegal immigrants.
"It's not because I want to encourage people to break the law, but I want to help people who may have been here for a very long time with uncertainty to regularise their position, to take part in the economy and to pay their taxes like everybody else."
Mr Johnson was introduced by journalist Isaac Bigio who referred to a proposal aired during the mayoral election campaign to make Elephant & Castle the city's Latin quarter along the lines of Chinatown.
The meeting was also addressed by Edmundo Ravelo, pastor of the Comunidad Cristiana de Londres which holds its Sunday services in the Elephant & Castle Leisure Centre, and his son, David Ravelo, the church's youth leader.

KHOODEELAAR! NO to Crossrail hype and agenda COMMENTARY: Has Andrew Gilligan matched the hype? Has he delivered the truth?
Why write about Andrew Gilligan, again?
The answer in parts.
First part is that he has been very quiet on the Crossrail front. How is that important? Because he said in September 2008 that London could not carry on or live on hype alone...
NOTHING in the past 50 years of London's 'construction' has been promoted as ferociously as Crossrail. That is total and utter hype. yet Gilligan has remained steadfastly silent.....
As compared to Gilligan, EVEN Mihir Bose, - now anchored as ‘Sports Editor’ at the BBC after a hundred years as the beneficiary of the colonialist hospitality of the Daily Telegraph group – appears almost skeptical.
As Bose did when presenting a brief item on the 2012 Games Hosting photo call by Gordon Brown last week.
Gilligan should have been the one investigating the CRASSrail costs and irrelevance and wastes….
He is not doing so…

No wonder that he has a platform and more on the very ignorant London EVENING Nostandards STANDARD.
The Gilligan piece I have lined to this article was published in the print editions of the EVENING Nostandards STANDARD. On 20 September 2008.
Quite apart from the fact that the ‘economic’ aspects of Gilligan’s piece are typically half-cooked and third hand, his ‘analysis’ of ‘Brick Lane’ and the ‘unemployed’ is also typical of that publication.
Which raises the w3paton- who was Andrew Gilligan, politically speaking?
When he was invented over the ‘Radio 4 Today programme pre-dawn moment sexed up droplet’, the impression that was being given was that he was a rare thing among the BBC.
And with Rod Liddle having lost his spot as an insider on the BBC and thus being impelled to seek – and grab – the odd topical headline by claiming his intimate knowledge and integrity of Andrew Gilligan and so on, the impression was created that may be Gilligan was a rare phenomenon and that he did seek out the truth and wanted to stick by the truth.
When he then lost his contract with the BBC Gilligan’s image was further enhanced.
And so the spot on the EVENING Nostandards STANDARD. came with that background.
And all the hype that was generated. Mostly in his favour.

KHOODEELAAR! NOTES UK Interior Minister [='Home Secretary'] Jacqui Smith APPEARING to be taking KHOODEELAAR! Advice, after all these years! This is of course a theory.
Jacqui Smith might be talking entirely from her own understanding and on her own evidence.,..
But if she could be, she would also be the ONLY UK Govt cabinet minister who would be openly APPEARING to echo the KHOODEELAAR! analysis... which has been updated and published again in the past 48 hours... that the ordinary local people in areas such as and including the inner city borough of Tower Hamlets have too many people in proportion to the area’s total population, with no jobs,... and that the reason mainly is to do with lack of skills... and in the majority of the se cases, where young people are concerned, the lack of jobs can be linked to lack of skills and qualifications which LACK is caused by the failure of the local schools and other institutions which are installed and kept in place by public funding in the name of providing education.....
Whatever the motivator [and here Ms Smith could be doing HER version of Hazel Blears, who has done Jacqui Smith no small amount of favours when Blears appeared before one of the MPs' 'select' committees, last week and was allowed to do a huge amount of plugs for the Home Office and for Jacqui Smith herself and at the expense of the un-named collectively referred to would be immigrants or 'economic migrants' into the UK] Jacqui Smith has connected with what KHOODEELAAR! has been saying. Whether that connection is entirely un-intended [which, if proven by the facts in the end, will be ENTIRELY understandable] or a mere coincidence, cannot be determined now. But it is a connection that should be taken to its logical, ethical, moral and constitutional end by Jacqui Smith stating that she is fully aware of and respectful of the UK’s constitutional obligations and commitments in the context of the UK's ‘European Union’ membership. A point often overlooked must here be stressed and mentioned - the UK is in the EU mainly for economic survival... It is not a relationship whereby the UK is paying more to the EU than it is taking in.....
That she is NOT making the utterance by knowingly violating or denying the rights to jobs of member countries….
Having said that she should come to Tower Hamlets. Analytically. KHOODEELAAR! has been made aware that Jacqui Smith considers that by talking to token members of the local community as legitimised via the local Blairing Tower Hamlets Borough Council she is linking with the Borough. That is a fantasy. She should analytically connect with what is happening here. She should acknowledge that the schools are failing BIG TIME and thus constitute a BIG CAUSE of CRIME and this is down to the imbecile role of the local Council as the LEA.
That the environment is suffering because of the same. That the economy of the local area is suffering because of the same….
And that Crossrail holes scam is being OPPOSED by the community because without this OPPOSITION to Crossrail and the Crossrail hole agenda, the community will lose out even more…. All those factors together should be IMMEDIATELY RECOGNISED and actually addressed in the sense of action being taken rather than prevaricatory moves featured in the next cycle of spin...…..Now, has Jacqui Smith any clue as to what this commentary is about? If she has any clues, she must tell us why the Crossrail scam and the attendant agenda of Big Business should not be ditched and scrapped by the Gordon Brown fronted Govt that she, Jacqui Smith belongs to..[To be continued]

We call on G Brown to address the urgent issues and needs in transport which have been neglected because Brown has given in to the snaring tactics used by touts of Big Business who catapulted Brown on a platform of electoral connivance that was devised to suit Ken Livingstone’s needs to stay in a post that he held as a career whose legitimacy, relevance and usefulness were wrongly based on his pretence that he PERSONALLY either 'epitomised' or 'symbolised' accountability and democracy and the according say of the people of London....
By acting as a tout for Big Business Crossrail scam, Livingstone has proven beyond any evidential, factual, ethical dispute whatever that he did not tell the truth and that he ought not to be allowed any more say on the basis that he was in occupation of one post in London or another in the name of the people of London......

Livingstone in fact blamed the parents when one tragedy of crime in the London young population was drawn to his attention... Livingstone has practically never said a single thing on how the politics of policing is to be decided.... contrast that with the image cultivated by him by abusing the GLC cash [via the hugely over-hyped GLC Police Committee – that committee was a faker all along faking to be trendy, allegedly left and in fact suppressing ordinary people in London who wanted the GLC Police committee itself to be accountable to the people…] which he [Livingstone] abused to fund the dubious 'experts' researches of some of the most racist and corrupt 'left' thinkos... they have all vanished, along with P Boateng [who 'owned' the GLC Police Committee with Ken Livingstone's collusion]... posturers, fakers and time-serving, selfish careerists...
They may yet stage a collective 'return' but they will do so only to claim their 'rewards' for abusing the inner cities people and the Big Business Crossrail agenda is part and part of the violation of the rights of the local communities....
