“Dennis Healey may be right about the comparative difference between the House of Commons and the House of Lords. But that difference, as stated by Healey, is not to be confused with the 'debates' that do actually take place on all subjects. The Khoodeelaar! constitutional law campaign against the current hybrid 'Crossrail Bill' [in the legislative House of Lords] is proving that the 'House of Lords ' is aiding and abetting the violation of the norm of constitutionality as much as the House of Commons.
There is more deals being made and fixes being obtained in and via the legislative House of Lords than Dennis Healey's reported views would suggest.
There is a dire absence of constitutionality in the UK 'legislative House of Lords' as there is of course in the House of commons. Special interests, who in effect are hostile to ethics, DUMMOCRACY accountability in public and social life rule in both places. And Big Business influences more of the agenda in BOTH Houses than would be even believed if what Dennis Healey has said were to be taken as being the upto date, objective and constitutionally adequate, valid and comprehensive account today.”

Big Business Crossrail hole agenda-backing, constitutonality-violator Chris Grayling has no right to lecture anyone about 'the constitution'. Period.

This Grayling has the gall to opine on constitutionality when he allowed brazen unconstitutionality to be practised in pushing the corrupt Crossrail scam through the two Houses... !
GRAYLING was a braying for blatant unconstitutionality , for Big Business Crossrail scam to be RUSHED through the UK parliament..... Grayling has been again at it.. breaking ‘constitutionality’ that is, in recent weeks and days... He has snatched himself a few headlines or subheadings in uttering over the crass James Purnell banality over welfare rights.... Grayling has teamed up with David Ca-moron in claiming proprietorship of the assault on the most unsupported sections in society who are already the targets of massive and dehumanising income disparity.... When it comes to ‘constitutionality’, the speaker or the maker of the statement has the basic CONSTITUTIONAL duty to demonstrate that they at least adhere to the concept of constitutionality... But Grayling has no idea that words have to be shown to be evident and credited by consistent conduct..... And the same applies to Ca-Moron...In this lunatic media frenzy around the image and the myth-made corpse of embattled Gordon Brown, there is one thing they are all overlooking or suppressing... the facts... The facts are that Brown has been aided by the Tories in all the key assaults on civil liberties that Brown has been fronting....... This also applies to their so-called vote against the Brown motion on 11 June 2008 ...The reason why David Davis had to stage that resignation and that by-election was as much or more to do with the Tory hypocrisy... As much as it had to do with the Gordon Brown assault on ‘parliamentary and civil liberties-based democracy.... So what EXACTLY are the Tories offering as ‘alternatives’ to Brown? The records show that the Ca-Moron Conservatives do NOT have any alternatives to Brown’s agenda or the Brown-fronted agenda so far.... How is Rupert Murdoch’s media sex trade linked with the very essence of what constitute Govt power and peoples’ liberties in Britain..

It was the same NEWS OF THE WORLD that had instantly promoted Kelvin McKenzie as an attack dog to savage David Davis's statements [as Davis had made those on 12 June 2008] and Davis's stand on civil liberties...... Quickly followed by the unleashing of the entire kennel of Murdoch’s News of the World propaganda hounds including George Pascow -Watson and Trevor Kavanagh..... They ALL asserted in the most aggressive possible way in the middle of June 2008 that THEY stood for 'British values and they KNEW what was good for British liberty and that they were prepared to give up peoples liberties ...' for the protection of British liberties!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... They sounded terrifyingly patriotic.... They were as zealous as they were empty.....Now the judgement as meted out by Justice Eady in the London court, raises serious questions...
