KHOODEELAAR! constitutional law action against "CROSSRAIL hole plot-couriers" programme update: [5] 7 August 2008

This page was last edited at 2010 GMT London Thursday 7 August 2008

KHOODEELAAR! evidence of representation TO CROSSRAIL company CLRL of the community opposition to the Crossrail hole plot - on behalf of the tenants, residents and occupiers of the premises and homes in the Whitechapel area streets concerned:

In the TEN months that have passed, no acknowledgement from Crossrail has been received. No reply has either been received. It is to be noted for the purpose of evidence that the -e-mail was sent to the GENERAL Crossrail e-mail address. Which means that ANY responsible employee would have had access to the inbox and they should have dealt with the e-mail. Except that Crossrail company DECIDED against acknowledging the communication.

By failing to BOTH acknowledge RECEIPT AND REPLY TO THE COMMUNICATION< the CLRL company again showed their defiance to the constitutional and legal duty to answer questions about the effects of the CRASSrail hole plan on the community.

This instance shows that the CLRL company behaved crassly. As it has been on the overwhelming number of occasions in the context.

THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE KHOODEELAAR! constitutional law acton evidence:

KHOODEELAAR! Constitutional law action CONTEXT and transparency update by KHOODEELAAR!
KHOODEELAAR! programme of constitutional law actions against the agenda of the Crossrail hole plot as typified by the Crossrail Bill and the ‘Crossrail Act’ [22 July 2008] is  actively practising the ethics of transparency in  a way that is not paralleled by any other campaign or even by any funded institution or academic outlet….. We are publishing instantaneous legal action updates for the record and for the information of all concerned in an ethical, moral and lawful way  including for students of constitutional law in action internationally…. This service is being brought to accessibility on the internet  by KHOODEELAAR! in association with AADHIKAR Media Foundation and with the support of CBRUK….. ALL our work is don at our own cost and we are actively  OPPOSED to public or charitable or comparable or equivalent source, sponsorship or   funding of any of our work…….

[More on this in our annual campaign report due out soon]

KHOODEELAAR!  No to ‘crassly conceived, wasteful, diversionary, uneconomic, Big Business-craved London Crossrail hole agenda…” CAMPAIGN said to the employees of the CLRL outfit and the identified employees of the corporate Tower Hamlets Council present at a meeting referring to the Crossrail Act and to the agenda behind it THAT constitutional law action was due against the entire package including the ‘Crossrail Bill’ the passage through the stooged committees of the two Houses and the formally-stamped Act on grounds [am amongst other things] of its being  and having been promoted and pushed in contravention of the UK’s Treaty obligations as defined by the European Convention for the Protection of Human rights and Fundamental freedoms and against other constitutional rules, requirements and codes and obligations; that anyone who said that only because a piece of UK legislation was in the ‘statute book’ and so there was no legal or constitutional or democratic room for challenging it was lying or was ignorant beyond condemnation; that the KHOODEELAAR! campaign had warned successive holders of post in the office of Secretary of State for Transport in the UK that legal challenge/s  would be mounted unless the incompatibilities with the ECHR were resolved and dealt with and removed; that KHOODEELAAR! campaign is standing by and is set to implement the programme it had stated and communicated to the UK Govt on and with effect from 23 February 2005, the day after the actual Crossrail Bill had been introduced into the UK House of Commons by the [then] Transport Secretary [and now Finance Minister] Alistair Darling…..

KHOODEELAAR! constitutional law action against Crossrail hole-agenda peddlers: Update 1005 Thursday 7 Aug 2008

Evidence has always existed in the inner city, 'most deprived borough' Tower Hamlets, the target of the Crossrail hole-imposing, hole-inviting assaults, that the real elements behind the Big Business agenda, unable to tell the truth and unwilling to tell the truth about their real motive for the CRASSrail, have been seeking to use quislings and colluders from inside the local community to pose as 'from the local community' and then allow the Crossrail hole attacks to be given the appearance of having been 'approved' and 'agreed' by the community!

That the peddlers of CRASSrail have been lying is also extensively documented and published. By KHOODEELAAR!

One such confirmation was available AGAIN last night.

This occurred in the Vallance gardens. Or at the corner of Vallance gardens, Vallance Road and Wodeham Close.

The details of the key evidence will be published by AADHIKARonline during the coming days.

The key summaries first:
That the crassrail hole plot-inviter Tower Hamlets Council has NOT been telling the truth.
That the stooge 'local panel' that the crassrail hole plot agenda pushers contrived has been as ignorant, ill-informed, incompetent, callous, IMPOSED, unrepresentative as we could have told them it would be .......
That the ‘thinking’ of the MPs that were responsible for uttering the pro-Crossrail hole idiocies at and in the name of the House of Commons Crossrail Bill Select Committee was as flawed as we have said it was and that the result of that ‘thinking’
was condemned as their recruitment IN THE NAME of the local community, at the expense of the local community of stooges who were condemned as a disgrace and a public embarrassment and shame last night [Wednesday 6 August 2008].

In the next reports we focus on that aspect.
And we base that part on the comments made by KHOODEELAAR! No to “Crossrail hole plot...” campaigner and local resident in the E1 area of almost 40 years standing, Askar Miah:

KHOODEELAAR! constitutional law action against Crossrail hole-invting Tower Hamlets Council: UPDATE 0930 GMT 7 August 2008

This page was last edited at 0930 GMT London Thursday 7 August 2008

KHOODEELAAR! waiting for Mr Bennett's communication, as agreed with him and Mr Whalley

What is this communication about?

Answer: It is about the KHOODEELAAR! preference to leave out any employee of the Tower Hamlets Council from the list of defendants in the series of Khoodeelaar! court actions about to be commenced. If that is possible. One of the ways the KHOODEELAAR! campaign has been trying to achieve that is by establishing effective and timely communication with Mr Owen Whalley. This has been impossible so far. The evidence exists of KHOODEELAAR! commenting extensively on this strange situation that has so far obtained. Whenever KHOODEELAAR! has made a phone-call trying to get hold of Mr Whalley it has been stated to KHOODEELAAR! that Mr Whalley is not available. The KHOODEELAAR! phone calls have been so far in response to either a direct invitation via e-mail from Mr Owen Whalley or in response to a specific conduct or action by him on Crossrail that has caused the KHOODEELAAR! campaign to seek clarification, confirmation or demand evidence in substantiation of a given statement....In the impromptu communication made for the first time face to face to Mr Whalley and his colleague Mr Bennett last night [Wednesday 6 August 2008], the KHOODEELAAR! campaign organiser Mr Muhammad Haque made this plain. It was agreed that Mr Bennett would send an e-mail to Khoodeelaar! thus confirming Mr Bennett’s e-mail address so that the OUTSTANDING issues Khoodeelaar! has against the role of the Council, in context, can be fully and clearly and comprehensively communicated.

The other e-mail that Khoodeelaar! is expecting following from the same conversation [Wednesday 6 August 2008] to receive is from Mr Whalley indicating a date and a time when he would in fact be available to go over the relevant issue on the ‘phone.

Ends KHOODEELAAR! constitutional law communication at 0915 Hrs GMT 1015 Hrs UK Thursday 7 August 2008
