KHOODEELAAR! Published again our simultaneous rebuttal of Gordon Brown’s utterances. We did so on the twitter site as Brown was on the Andrew Marr show on the BBC.
We told GORDON BROWN in our rebuttals this morning that he was faking it and uttering lies on the BBC.
What was the central lie at the core of Gordon Brown’s faked appearance?
It was faked because Andrew Marr is a placeman. Has been all his ‘career’. And he is incapable of telling the whole truth, no matter what he is peddling. This morning [Sunday 31 May 2009], Marr was peddling the business justification for the BBC. Licence fee, Licence fee.
So he was faking himself as a ‘tough’ interrogator. The fakery dominated the proceedings/
Marr managed to come across as plasticky and as pastiched as he ever had done.
The fakery was in the crafty assumption that he would come across as asking tough questions without really asking the tough questions.
As for Brown’s utterances of lies, he was uttering lies about the main agenda of reform that he claimed to be engaged in implementing. He claimed that he had put in place proposals two year earlier.
That was a lie. And that lie did not enhance Brown’s 'credibility' whatever.
Andrew Marr should have challenged Brown on that claim. But Marr didn’t. Instead Marr marred the moment. And let Brown ‘get away’. On the facts.
It is quite possible that Brown keeps referring to his religious and cultural roots and upbringing because collectively that is the only authentic source he can fall back on. We recognize his right to indulge it as and when he feels like doing so.
Our interest is on his role as the head of the Government. We expose his fakery when we find that in Brown’s perception of what constitute good government and democratic government he has missed the main events.
Just as we have been pointing out for more than five years to him that Big Business was BAD business, so we have been pointing out to Brown that he was wrong to assume that his sloganeering propensities were acceptable as being his actual delivery.
He was uttering lies probably on the advice of his current set of advisers. Or he was uttering the lies because he lacks due understanding of the present and contemporary political realities about and in Britain.
Whatever the actual spur and the trigger for Brown’s utterances, the bottom line is that he showed that he was not the one to deal with the collapse of the myth of a democratic parliament in Britain.
That collapse was not something that the Khoodeelaar! Campaign has needed to wait for. We are the ones who PREDICTED the collapse. Of the stooged parliament. That phrase is ours. We did find on the facts and on the evidence that Parliament was stooged, bankrupt. And corrupt. We have maintained all along that the UK Parliamentary democracy was a sham affair and that it was bound to come apart.
We made that observation in context and on the basis of the facts as we did the democratic thing, the constitutional thing, and the ethical thing and tried to engage Parliament in listening to us on the matter at hand.
We found parliament dead. Strangled. Devoid. And in terms of the actual physical access to the ‘palace’ [!!!!] we found parliament an intimidating, almost an evil edifice that was being guarded by personnel who included a number of thugs licensed to incite, provoke, insult and offend. And block. The ordinary public.
Now that it is in serious public display as a sick entity, how will society survive the exposure of the sick Parliament of Britain and how will the ordinary people in Britain protect the basic rights against the threat that is clearly building up as part of the wider and widespread sickness....
