That these named ones, each as the holder at the time concerned of the post of the UK cabinet Minister for the Department of Transport and acting as the promoter of the Crossrail Bill, either lied or were negligent about the contents and about the falsehood or the truthfulness and about the accuracy or otherwise of their statements made in the UK parliament about the contents of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ being ‘compatible with the European Conventions

That these named ones, each as the holder at the time concerned of the post of the UK cabinet Minister for the Department of Transport and acting as the promoter of the Crossrail Bill, either lied or were negligent about the contents and about the falsehood or the truthfulness and about the accuracy or otherwise of their statements made in the UK parliament regarding the correlation between the actually existent transport infrastructure in the region covered by the ‘Crossrail Bill’ and the resulting infrastructure as logically expected to be provided ONLY and solely and correlatively by the enactment of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ and that they also lied or were careless about the contents of their statements in the UK Parliament and to the UK Parliament about the relationship between the UK economy, the burden on the ordinary council tax paying and fare-paying public and the benefit that specifically would accrue to each one of the public or to the overwhelming majority of the public as the direct result of the promised construction of the “Crossrail’ line

That these named ones, each as the holder at the time concerned of the post of the UK cabinet Minister for the Department of Transport and acting as the promoter of the Crossrail Bill, either lied or were negligent about the contents and about the falsehood or the truthfulness and about the accuracy or otherwise of their statements made in the UK parliament about the state of transport in London and in the rest of the UK concerning all material aspects of the matter and in specific terms about the use and abuse by their Department and by their Govt of the powers and the money that they had access to in relation to the transport needs as experienced and known and re[ported by ordinary members of the public and as distinguished from the lobbies which acted on behalf of unidentified but known elements ts that are almost entirely not motivated by any primary mission to meet the needs of transport but sheer profit, greed and corporate and personal craving for money from the public under cover of the ‘Crossrail’ London scam.
