Query about Khoodeelaar"! Campaign as published on indymedia Saturday 8 April 2006
The Brick lane London E1 area campaign against the CrossRail hole has been successful in getting Transport Secretary Alistair Darling to scrap the DIRT hole. But a big hole still is planned to be dug in the area. we are now set to take the Secretary of State and the London mayor and Tower Hamlets Council to court to force them to scrap the remaining CrossRail, hole.
There are other issues related to CrossRail attacks on other parts of the East End.
All those are being included as grounds and evidence in support of our judicial review application which will be formally commenced very soon.
The reason why the court action has not started yet is to do with the procedure -. That has been invoked by the fact of Alistair Darling’s making a statement in the House of Commons, albeit a written one.
We have also had to revise our claims against London mayor Ken Livingstone and against the London borough of Tower Hamlets Council in view of their incomplete retreat on the issue of the CrossRail hole/s.

Khoodeelaar! Comment on Crossrail hole Minister Alistair Darling in
Blair Sleaze-cash row!
First published on Khoodeelaardotcom at 1830 Hrs GMT Saturday 8 April 2006
When we issued the pre-action protocol papers on Alistair Darling three days before he had the CrossRail Dirt-hole-in-Brick Lane cave-in announced in a Ken Livingstone Stunt [24 March 2006], we did so in clear knowledge that Alistair Darling was not as 'honourable in matters to do with public cash' as even George Galloway had optimistically described him to be.
Galloway’s reference to Darling took place on 19 July 2005 when Galloway delivered his speech on the Crassrail hole Bill in the UK House of Commons.
We also told Darling in December 2005 and in January 2006 that he must make sure that he did not abuse his position as Transport Secretary to give any public cash to the Big Business interests who were permanently parked in various sections of Government disguised as 'consultants' etc.
We knew that Darling had sneakily allocated £100 million of public cash to benefit the Crossrail promoters even before the crass Crossrail Bill was anywhere near becoming an Act of Parliament.
Our demands on that allocation are already published and commented on extensively on the internet.
Now, we hear that Darling is also involved in the Blaring corruption within and via what used to be called the Labour Party.
Darling, we hear, is one of the Blaring cabinet ministers who are in serious danger of prostituting their offices.
They are doing so in reported engagements being fixed for them by the Blairing entourage in return for cash payments by ‘political punters’ apparently seeking favours from these sleazy bunch.. Cash for access, is apparently the tag attaching to the reported rendezvous!
This adds substance to the reason why we have been demanding that Alistair Darling be examined in court over his promotion of the crass CrossRail hole Bill.
We know that evidence exist to show just how far into the reaches of ‘Government’ and local Councils and the GLA the Crossrail corruption reaches.

Part ‘O’
Section b
The time that the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail Dirt hole threat to the Brick Lane London E1 area has had to spend over the past 27 months has shown how incompetent the ‘council’ is as a democratic representative of the community.
Right from the start of the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole threat to the Brick Lane London E1 area in January 2004, we set out the details of our queries and concerns and put those to Tower Hamlets Council’s ‘Chief Executive’ Christine Gilbert.
She has yet to answer any of the questions.
She has sent response to us but she as not answered the questions.
Yet on 22 January 2006, the ‘leader’ of the Tower Hamlets Council was allowed – at the special request of an ‘ethnic community contact’ in the Brick Lane London E1 area, to speak towards the end of the Khoodeelaar! No to CrossRail hole public meeting at the Brady centre.
In his typically misleading statement, the ‘leader’ of the clique on Tower Hamlets Council said that he had ‘listened’ to the people and that he had spent several hundred thousand pounds of the people’s money on the Crassrail hole threat.
He uttered lies
I am now examining those lies in a detailed way so that this Khoodeelaar! Manifesto is seen to be the response to the record of those lies as told and perpetrated by present and controlling councillors.
What is a lie?
A lie is that utterance or statement or composite which is made or put forward or presented in order to conceal the truth and thereby to tell an untruth.
Now, Michael Keith was lying because he was concealing the truth while presenting a scenario he knew was untrue from start to finish
The truth was and is and will continue to remain that the expenditure of several hundred thousand pounds of Tower Hamlets Council money was not either necessary or something that we the community had asked him to indulge in.
We had been telling him that the Crossrail Dirt hole plan was fundamentally flawed and that it was not necessary and that it was not needed and that it could be and must be dropped
Instead of telling that to his co-promoters of the Crossrail hole attack, he chose to resort to retailing lies.
He has not been held to account for the 22 January 2006 statement by any of the sitting councillors at all
We had told him on 9 November 2004 in the Tower Hamlets Council chamber that he must not tell lies and that he had told lies on that occasion when he feebly and misleadingly contrived to present a summary of his alleged contacts with the other promoters of the Crossrail hole plan.

The Khoodeelaar! Manifesto 2006

Part ‘O’
This Khoodeelaar! Manifesto is the product of evidence. Of the relevant and factual conduct over the years of all those who are seeking election to Tower Hamlets Council at the scheduled 4 May 2006 local elections.
Even the ones who were not ‘here’ until relatively recently or those who have just been ‘announced’ to the world as ‘politicians’, have been investigated by reference to the frame of principles that we have already published and set out under which we shall be monitoring and holding to account the locally 'elected’ holders of office, whether those are in the ‘controlling’ faction or group or whether they sit in the name of the electorate and draw any benefit whatever in those capacities.
This Khoodeelaar! Manifesto is intended to be a frame of reference and guide against which the conduct, post-election, of those who will ‘become councillors’ will be considered and judged.
This Khoodeelaar! Manifesto is about the defence of the community. Full stop.
The community is under constant threat of violation by those holding positions, especially those who obtain those positions via apparently legitimate means. Such as an election, Such as the election as scheduled on 4 May 2006.
This Khoodeelaar! manifesto is about providing a documentary and a reliable set of criteria against which the promises, de facto and de jure – actual and legal – of those seeking our ‘trust’ on 4 May 2006 can be assessed by the people at whose doors those vote-seekers are now visible.
This Khoodeelaar! Manifesto was inspired in 2005 by the experiences in the East End of London of the acute absence of morality and ethics on the parts of those holding positions of state powers and positions of state links over the rest of us.
This Khoodeelaar! Manifesto is that ordinary citable instrument of people’s resistance against illegality, unconstitutionality and abuse that has been needed but has not existed until now.
This Khoodeelaar! Manifesto is to tell the truth on ordinary matters, matters that affect us ordinary people, matters which are systematically and wantonly ignored by those who seek our votes now. Once they are ‘elected’, we have seen over the years in the East End, they assume styles and manners that betray their attitude of betrayal of us, towards us.
We cannot even speak to them.
We cannot get them to hear our stories.
To do something about things that they can do something about.
We don’t want them day and night.
All we want them for is for things that the Council exist to cover.
We are given the run around by councillors generally.
We want to make sure that come 5 May 2006, an atmosphere exists in the East End of London whereby it is seen for real that councillors are doing what they promised before the election they would do: listen to the people.
They don’t have to agree with the people. But they have to listen to the people.
Once that is possible, there will be a lot less problems and a great deal of society around here.
We want society back in the East End of London.
And we want a society that is given recognition and due respect by councillors.
We want our Council Town hall to be brought back to the community. Return our Town Hall to the community.
Let us have the chance for the people to address the issues on which the community, the ordinary person is the expert. As those affect our lives. We know better than anyone what is bugging us on a day. What aches us, annoys us on a given day.
There is a constitution for the Council
Let us have a constitution that shows respect to the people.
Let us have a Tower Hamlets constitution that is designed for the people to be honestly diligently and consistently accountably represented by the Council
What happened over the CrossRail Dirt hole plan was that the councillors who had formed themselves into the controlling clique with designated employees of the Tower Hamlets Council did not listen to the people.
The councillors lied about the CrossRail, dirt hole
As they attended secret meetings, those councillors with ‘power’ for the time being, made deals and kept the community in the dark.
Let there be a council where the councillors stop lying under any available excuse or pretext.

Do the community in Tower Hamlets have enough respect for the RESPECT coalition?
Should we do? Do the RESPECT coalition deserve our respect? Or are they as untrustworthy as the current corrupt controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council?
The Khoodeelaar Manifesto 2006 report on the RESPECT Coalition, published in the previous two editions [Saturday 8 April 2006], can be viewed now on the following bricklanekhoodeelaar web page
http://uk.geocities.com/bricklanekhoodeelaar/4Ed.b.Saturday8April2006.html
How has the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council been lying to conceal its criminal role against the community in bringing the Crossrail Dirt hole attack?
Answer:
As Khoodeelaar! has stated throughout, the controlling clique member Michael Keith has been the key agent for the Crossrail Dirt Hole threat to the community. And as Khoodeelaar! has also pointed out with evidence, there has NOT BEEN ANY instance over the past 27 months [January 2004 to April 2006] when any of the Tower Hamlets Council-published media has even acknowledged the existence of the word campaign let alone recognise the community’s campaign over and against the Crassrail Dirt hole.
We publish the list of the Council’s ‘ethnicity-linked’ propaganda statements over the period during 2005.
This shows that Crossrail and campaign did not feature ONCE in any context whatever about the role or activities of Tower Hamlets Council.
KHOODEELAARONLINE quote the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council’s ill-conceived, wrongly-formulated and totally untruthful jubilation record in the ‘Bengali’ language [We shall examine how the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council has been lying on this as well. The language spoken and used by the second largest linguistic group in the population in Tower Hamlets is Seelotee, not Bengali. The misdescription of the linguistic profile and identity of the community has serious educational, social, employment and democracy implications. Why? Because the appropriate the relevant and the legal addressing of Council services have been obstructed by this callous and institutionally ignorant misdescription of the population in the Borough. All the ‘mainstream’ ‘parties’ and groupings on Tower Hamlets Council have failed to show any awareness of this very serious area of service implications.

This Khoodeelaar! Manifesto is the product of evidence. Of the relevant and factual conduct over the years of all those who are seeking election to Tower Hamlets Council at the scheduled 4 May 2006 local elections.

How will the ‘new’ Tower Hamlets Council make any difference for ‘the better’ for the people in the East London Borough?
Why must Christine Gilbert be legally made to tell the truth on her boast that over 1800 community groups were being funded by Tower Hamlets Council?
Are those who will ‘use their votes’ on 4 May 2006 aware of the fraud on votes?
