Obama should thank Jesse Jackson. As should Jackson's son. Jr Jackson and Obama should be so lucky for this timely warning...

But on this one occasion, when he has made an alleged gaffe and exposed Obama's essentially 'ethnic surrogate' behaviour, Jesse Jackson has ALL my votes! Better later [as re 1984 and 1988 when I did not trust Jackson] than never.... I predict that if Obama is allowed to get into the hot house [=white house reference here is deliberately deleted], he will commit so many acts of illness and violation of which Black people of all backgrounds will be horrified and even correctly afraid..... OBAMA NEEDS to be told where his legitimacy will be coming from........No matter what the others may say, OBAMA would NOT be even where he is today had it not been for the great - and the continuing - suffering of people of African and Asian and other backgrounds.... OBAMA ought never to be allowed to assume that he is going in there to do damage to people like threatening and violating countries, peoples,. cultures, resources all over the world... He is going there to back justice... And he has got to start the battle about creating justice inside the USA......

And Jesse Jackson has made a timely contribution via that historic, monumentally positive gaffe.....
