THE EXISTING infrastructure NEEDS attention. And money. If that is done that MORE people can get BETTEr transport service than ANYTHINg Crossrail, even if it is in operation from 2017 can offer... REFUsing to pay attention to EXISTING transport infrastructure is like wilful neglect of the majority of the people and our transport needs... London's EXISTINg culture in transport, as defined by the attitude of those who are in day to day, physically proximate contact with the public, leaves a great deal to be desired... When will any - the NECESSARY., the overdue, the urgent... - attention be paid to THAT?
