KHOODEELAAR! constitutional law action against Crossrail hole attacks-couriers: UPDATE: Questions to Tower Hamlets Council [33]
1.What evidence, if any, have you sought, let alone obtained, [or, incredibly, have you OBTAINED!!] and when and by what means, to show that your conduct as the local authority' is only subject to public scrutiny if you [corporate] behave [corporate] in ways that can be literally measured by codes of conduct as published ONLY by the Govt of the day [and or as published in the given statutes and any secondary or subsidiary legislation] and NOT so open to scrutiny if your conduct [corporate and otherwise, that is, in the forms of individual members of the Tower Hamlets council for the time being....] is not so measurable even if your conduct is criminal, illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional, unethical, illegitimate, antisocial, socially and environmentally totally damaging, harmful, divisive and dangerous?
2. When you lie [corporate and via employees and agents and agencies and in propaganda] do you commit the lying because a ‘code of conduct’ allows you to lie? If so what code of what conduct is that?
3. When you make references to the Tower Hamlets ‘council’s web site’ in the context of the local community’s right and need to get to find out do you do so because you have a pro-active policy and a commitment to inform the community and the electorate about what you are doing and about what you get upto or do you do this as a fending off ploy in order to avoid being held to account for your conduct concerned?
4. If you do not refer to the Tower Hamlets council’s web sites in the way stipulated in this updated questionnaire then why is the council’s web site unreliable and why have so many files and items referring to the councillors’ ‘meetings’ about Crossrail been removed from the web site?
