KHOODEELAAR! waiting for Mr Bennett's communication, as agreed with him and Mr Whalley
What is this communication about?
Answer: It is about the KHOODEELAAR! preference to leave out any employee of the Tower Hamlets Council from the list of defendants in the series of Khoodeelaar! court actions about to be commenced. If that is possible. One of the ways the KHOODEELAAR! campaign has been trying to achieve that is by establishing effective and timely communication with Mr Owen Whalley. This has been impossible so far. The evidence exists of KHOODEELAAR! commenting extensively on this strange situation that has so far obtained. Whenever KHOODEELAAR! has made a phone-call trying to get hold of Mr Whalley it has been stated to KHOODEELAAR! that Mr Whalley is not available. The KHOODEELAAR! phone calls have been so far in response to either a direct invitation via e-mail from Mr Owen Whalley or in response to a specific conduct or action by him on Crossrail that has caused the KHOODEELAAR! campaign to seek clarification, confirmation or demand evidence in substantiation of a given statement....In the impromptu communication made for the first time face to face to Mr Whalley and his colleague Mr Bennett last night [Wednesday 6 August 2008], the KHOODEELAAR! campaign organiser Mr Muhammad Haque made this plain. It was agreed that Mr Bennett would send an e-mail to Khoodeelaar! thus confirming Mr Bennett’s e-mail address so that the OUTSTANDING issues Khoodeelaar! has against the role of the Council, in context, can be fully and clearly and comprehensively communicated.
The other e-mail that Khoodeelaar! is expecting following from the same conversation [Wednesday 6 August 2008] to receive is from Mr Whalley indicating a date and a time when he would in fact be available to go over the relevant issue on the ‘phone.
Ends KHOODEELAAR! constitutional law communication at 0915 Hrs GMT 1015 Hrs UK Thursday 7 August 2008
