KHOODEELAAR! TOLD YOU SO - UPDATING the evidence: Michael Snyder of the City of London lobby for the public funding of the privately-touted-for Bog Business Crassrail hole plot......the constitutional law evidence against the crassness of the Crossrail hole plot and agenda-carrying elements and agents installed in the UK parliament and within the UK Department for Transport
Nearly three years ago, and LONG Before he was able to show enough evidence to the Big Business influence running the agenda of the UK Govt, Michael Snyder of the City of London was told off by KHOODEELAAR! for his dishonest role in peddling the Crossrail hole plotting lies... KHOODEELAAR! also challenged Snyder to provide evidence in support of any of his claims for CRASS rail. Snyder failed. And Snyder showed that eh did not have the morality to actually take up the challenge.

If it appear from the above that Snyder was an exceptional tout for Big Business CRASS rail hoe plot in that he did not take yap the challenge and that eh did not show any evidence to justify his peddling role then that is not correct.

Snyder was the norm.

Snyder was the type.

All the indicators all the pointers, all the indices lead to one conclusion: that the over-hyped, over-promoted, oversold Lon don Crossrail scam was NEVER about addressing the ordinary London people's’ needs but it was a ploy to get a pretext, a big infrastructure project pretext for conglomerates like the IRAQ-war and occupation operation Bechtel USA to get their hands on £Billions of UK public cash...

And because of that, all the touts employed by the pushers of the agenda for a Govt commitment for a CROSSrail were unable to face public scrutiny. They never could justify the corruption that they had contrived ed.

And this has been evident from the behaviour concerned of the corrupt controlling clique on the ‘local’ East London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council through to the touts for CRASSrail on the GLA [that has since got truncated in name as the London Assembly], to the then holder of the post now being held by Boris Johnson. The same has been the case with ‘Transport for London’ [=’TfL’] as it has been with the Department for Transport. And the same has been the evidence in the behaviour of the formalised outfit for CRASSrail the CLRL company..... Every single plugger of Crossrail London has been a shifty one. Every single promoter has been a fabricator. In fact, from Peter SNAPE [!!!!!!!!!] in the ‘House of ‘ ‘PEErs’ through to the tiniest of ‘official post-holder’ in any ‘state-linked’ state-controlled, state-compliant outfit or platform, there has been a uniform failure, negligence and inability to show evidence in support of their clamour for CROSSRAIL.....

This is why we recall today what we had told Michael Snyder in January 2006 and what we intend to put before any domestic UK Court in the initial application against the unconstitutionality of the Crossrail hole scam. On Monday 30 january 2006, we challenged Snyder as follows:-

You have been quoted by Bloomberg internet news today as having stated the following


`` We hope the committee stage will not be too long, that the funding will be sorted soon, and the bill will be passed into law in the near future, because the City, and in fact the whole of London, needs Crossrail,'' [said Michael Snyder, chairman of policy and resources at City of London, which runs the financial district.]


KHOODEELAAR the Brick Lane London E1 area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill is opposed to the provisions in that Bill for digging a hole and doing related damage and destruction to the area.



KHOODEELAAR is also opposed to your role so far in uttering falsehoods and fabricating scenarios that are not factual truthful or legitimate.



KHOODEELAAR has noticed that you are engaged in undermining what legitimate acceptability there still remains in the process of the UK House of Commons [and of Lords]



KHOODEELAR is of the view that you are doing whatever you are and have been doing for the railroading of the Crassrail adventure because you are an agent for the forces that are bent on profit at any cost and profit at the cost of the public.



You must not carry on like that.



The Brick Lane London E1 area is not any less important as a community than any other in any part of the UK and your assumption that this community does not exist or that it is not worthy of being given the utmost and the fullest constitutional consideration by the UK Houses of Parliament is a dangerously anti-social and anti-democratic assumption.



Please review your role and adopt a democratic and legitimate one.



Please also abandon the habit of dressing up lies as being ‘truths’ under banners of the City of London or of the Corporation of London.



Your promotion of the lie that Crossrail project is good and that it is good notwithstanding the technical, the economic, the democratic, the environmental, the social discrimination and violations it contains and those it will inflict, shows that you are not bothered about democracy as much as you are bothered for profit for the few at the expense of the many.



Please desist from making any further false remarks and especially from making any further anti-social, anti-accountability comments for the Crossrail adventure.
