KHOODEELAAR! The campaign in defence of the ordinary community in the inner city, East End of London Borouigh of Tower Hamlets and against the Big Business agenda as contained in and typified by the ‘London Crossrail’ hole scam. That scam is now, at Sunday 24 August 2008, allaged by its peddlers to be ‘secure’ because there is now in place a ‘Crossrail Act’. KHOODEELAAR! totally rejects that peddled line. That lie. The grounds for KHOODEELAAR! rejecting that lie include the fact that the ‘Crossrail Bill’, that was given the routine ‘Royal Assent’ rubber stamp on 22 July 2008 [thus making it the ‘Crossrail Act’ in foremnal terms only] was passaged through BOTH ‘Houses’ of the UK legislature [!!!!] without the contents, the purpose = the true purpose - and the implications on the ordinary people and the communituies acriss London and beyond in the UK being contstitutionally examined to see if they were compatible with the European Conventon for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms [ECHR]. The UK is constitutionally obliged to make sure that Bills [that is draft legslative measures] are comptaible with the ECHR. The ‘Crossrail Bill’ was not compatible with the ECHR. How? Because 100s of instances have been cited by KHOODEELAAR! alone showing that the ‘Crossrail Bill’ was not compatible with the ECHR. It follows that the ‘Crossrail Act’ is not compatible with the ECHR. The people who have obkiectedto the incomptabilities, the uncoisntality of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ have, in proinvcile, been represented in the KHOODEELAAR! Analytical, campaigning action that continues to this day. We are now engaged in completing the final set of formalities for the legal aaction against the Crossrail Bill….In the main constitutional law claims, we are arguing that the mesaure suffers from funfdamental constitutional law proicedural flaws as well as the abuse of power on the part of the promoter, that is the UK central Govt, which was found to have been failing or refusing to to tell the truth or to comply with its constitutional obligations…

KHOODEELAAR! is also contiuning the programme of analayis of the malfunctining ‘democracy’ at the ‘local’ Tower Hamlets Council level as well as on the ‘London regional’ Assembly level and in the ‘Palace of Westmiinster’, the over-grandly titled place that is supposed to be the ‘mother of democracy’ in the modern world. Which on the facts and on the evidence is not the case.

The KHOODEELAAR! Investigation into the formnally isntaleld instsons of ‘democarcy’; in the UK were caused by the fact that Big Business began to target the inner city East London for take-over and it did so withouy
t any EVIDENCE of any questoning, let alone opposition, to the scam by the so-called ‘locally democratically elected’ ‘Tower Hamlets Council’.

That investigation went on to examine and the role of the ‘London regional’ Assembly [the erstwhile ‘Greater London Assemby’= ‘GLA’] and examine the behaviouir of the GLA member for the area in the East End of London….
