Why would Kelly be talking about resigning in advance of any reshuffle? Is Ruth Kelly too part of the Milbandit putsch to ease Gordon Brown out of his present address at 10 Downing Street London SW1?


Or is there an even more credible reason for Ruth kelly’s ‘wise’ choice of option at this time?
