For the over-hyped 'tougher regulation' of capitalism and free market to be reality, there has got to be manifest, transparent, continuous vigilance by ‘democratic institutions’, the foremost of which should be the elected parliament. So why isn't the UK parliament in rigorous sessions on the mega challenge caused by absence of accountability ?
