KHOODEELAAR! has 5 years of evidence, obtained daily, of how Crossrail-touting the 'Civil Service' has been....

At several points] in the past five years] in the course of our constitutional law queries and demands addressed to the succession of holders of the posts now occupied by Geoff Hoon, we encountered evidence of phenomenal ignorance, unfitness for purpose, bias, negligence and downright dishonesty on the part of ‘civil servants’ based at the ‘Crossrail unit’ or the ‘Crossrail Team’ within the UK Department for Transport.

Some of the ‘civil servants’ behaved in most uncivil way, and lied.

Repeatedly.

These instances have been discussed in the KHOODEELAAR! publications and legal action claims communications in the last few years.

Today’s’ comments from the campaigners against a Third Runway at Heathrow after the formal reading of a scripted speech by Geoff Hoon in the UK House of Commons, raise several questions:

What role have the civil servants at the same Department for Transport [DfT] played in defying common sense and pressing on with the so-called ‘decision’ on the go-ahead for the Third Runway?

How much have the ‘civil servants’ been costing the earth by their behaviour?

Which ones of them have been the key players in the promotion of the lobby for Big Business on Crossrail?
