But ITV London news NEVER told the truth on any occasions about Crassrail. They have now realised that the truth is somewhat impossible. Because of the undeniable wave of evidence about just how corrupt the UK Parliament is, some of the truth about that has become irrepressible. At least on aspects of the roles played by some of those. So, in the past 2 hours they have carried the ‘news’ that only in principle sheds light on the dishonourable roles played by the peddlers…. ITV London News bulletin, as read out by their presenter [shown in the picture here] after the ‘News at Ten’ main bulletin had this: “. Parliamentary watchdog has ruled Harrow East MP T’ [sic] Tony McNulty was wrong to use public cash, EFFECTIVELY subsidised [sic] his parents’ living costs. Two years and six days in fact and there has been no sign of 'MP' Jim F... answering the challenge that we put to him as based on his then latest stupid boast that jobs had moved into his constituency.
We ask the question of ‘MP’ Jim F again this evening in the context of Gordon Brown’s touting as Blair agent for EU ‘P……..cy’
Today’s date, in case ‘MP’ Jim may not recall the date by the time he reaches this part of our evidential dissection of his abysmal role, is 29 October 2009 Thursday.
As the ITV ‘News at Ten’ has branded G Brown’s touting role in the past 50 minutes, the ‘job creation’ for Blair bid by G Brown has not gone down well at all EVEN in the EU bureaucracy.
So discredited is the image of Tony Blair as based on his role in destroying so many peoples lives!
‘MP’ Jim F........... was himself aping the Blair touts, in June 2007 in Brick Lane and faking it as a ‘reliable source of true information’ as he eagerly appeared in front of an ‘ethnicity-linked’ satellite ‘TV’ station carried on the Murdoch Sky outfit that seems to have been given the licence to loot the airwaves [More on that on a later occasion] and recited the rehearsed lines that must have been grilled into him by the Big Business pullers of his career strings.
He claimed that ‘Crossrail’ was ‘good’ for the East End of London.
He uttered that lie as brazenly and as bereft of evidence as he has done other lines in diabolical denial of the evidence that almost always consistently contradict his confected contrivances.
‘MP” Jim F is a faker.
He is a faker as far as the facts about jobs in the East End of London go.
They GO.
They do NOT come!
That has been the trend for decades.
This is also true of the fakery that ‘MP’ Jim F has uttered for Crossrail.

I have this open question to East London MP Jim F
Patrick challenging him to show how the unending
failures by the schools in Tower Hamlets – which are
failing in effect to provide the requisite skills and
qualifications to half of the school going population
in the area if not more – can be reversed and to also
show me how the market forces which operate in the UK
economic decision-making can be replaced and if so by
what alternatives.
For almost 4 years of the Khoodeelaar! campaign
against CRASSrail, we have said, and shown with
continuous production of current - up-to-date-
evidence, that the CRASSrail hole link was not about
the inner city area. We have as shown that there was
no economic demand for the rail by the people in the
borough of Tower Hamlets. We have show shown that EVEN
the touts of CRASSrail were themselves admitting that
the CRASSrail line was essentially for Big Business
and to meet a small part of the overall transport
needs that can be found in London.
We have shown – and are continuing to show, that the
local Tower Hamlets Council itself has failed and will
go on to fail u show any substantive to the contrary.
The same is the case withy the ‘local’ MP Jim F
Patrick.
We are focussing on him for his own sake. If he has
any sense, he will immediately renounce and retract
the ignorant, untrue and pathetic statement he has
made for CrossRail plotting liars.
Those liars say that CrossRail will bring benefits –
that is the ordinary people in the borough of Tower
Hamlets.
Jim F Patrick has said the same thing. Although in his
statement as broadcast there was no direct use of the
word CrossRail, we are treating it to be another
instanced of Jim F Patrick's unwarranted and
unrepresentative endorsement for CrossRail in
context. Jim F Patrick is an avid backer of CRASSrail.
This has to be seen in the overall career plan that he
is following for himself. He will say anything to add
a bit more ingratiation with the [Blaired UK central
Govt] administration. It matters not to Jim OF if what
he says is banal, untrue and careless.
I am doing this latest examination of Jim F’s
careeristic misrepresent if the needs of the people in
the East End of London as part of the Khoodeelaar!
analysis if the lies that are continuing to be peddled
by the touts of Big Business CRASSrail hole plot.
Jim F Patrick is one if the touts. There is a legal
requirement on a MP to tell the truth. We have put
everyone who has held any public position and has

veracity of every substantive utterance or assertion

that “London has the most entrenched problem of
unemployment and poverty…..”
The reporter Victoria Hollins was shown walking on the
ground described in the BBC package as being Poplar in
East London.
Victoria Hollins said that in Poplar…. “the rate of
unemployment is almost twice the national average..”
Enter Jim F Patrick:
“There are more jobs moved into my constituency Poplar
and Canning Town in the past 10 years than in any than
in any other constituency in Britain
What’s happened is that most companies have relocated
and have brought the staff with them! But those jobs
are going to be there for generations to come…”

Today’s apology by Tony McNulty as made in the UK House of Commons [Thursday 29 October 2009] only over a part of his dubious expenses claims may be treated by the bureaucracy in the stooged parliament as concluding the matter.
But does that represent 'closure' on the question over the integrity, honesty, fitness for democratic purpose that hangs over the stooged MPs and peers?
We ask this because we drew attention to the conduct of Mr McNulty. Not the Daily Telegraph.
Not any ‘mainstream’ or 'sub stream' UK media.
It was the inner cities, East End of London community defence campaign KHOODEELAAR! as carried by the AADHIKAR Media
We did so because we had for years observed the role that Tony McNulty had been playing.
We had reason to pay attention to the evidence within the UK Department for Transport or Daft as we have been calling it.
Inside the DAFT was the daft Crossrail scam being cooked. Or halfcocked as we know now.
And Tiny McNulty was in that Department.
He was there during the year before the formal presentation to the UK House of Commons of the ‘CROSSRAIL BILL” by Alistair Darling then Transport [or to our campaign supporters ‘CrossRail scam Big Business Agenda DAFT’] Minister in the Blair cabinet.
Original information that our campaign obtained showed that Mr McNulty was democratically and ethically highly questionable. Over his role.
That is why we put the question in October 2008 as tow ether Gordon Brown was operating in a miniature scheme to expose McNulty to public ridicule.
Of that we had no concrete evidence,. But circumstances and the evidential trends showed to us that McNulty might very well be heading in that direction.
We shall examine in the next 24 hours the contents of his apology s actually delivered in the House of Commons today

London mayor Boris Johnson has announced that developers involved in the regeneration of the Nine Elms area of south London – which stretches from Vauxhall to Battersea Power Station – will be exempt from paying the Crossrail levy.

Tuesday’s confession by the occupier at the Onion in London SE1 in the name of the people of London that the London Underground network was far more important than the notional Crossrail was another sign that the successor of Ken Livingstone as the tout in residence of Big Business was getting increasingly nervous about his role [and the impact of any gaffes, errors on top of the dozens he has already collected] in relation to UK Con party’s chances at the scheduled general election in a few months time.
After all, BoJo fancies himself as a power-seeker and he would not want to lose the chance by messing up D Cameron’s chances.
And as ALL independent indications of economic prospects and movements [or lack of them] show about the UK, CrossRail means more debts, wastes and diversion than it does transport.
As KHOODEELAAR! has diagnosed and exclusively asserted in public EVERYDAY for almost 6 years now, Crossrail is all those things: Wasteful, diversionary and unnecessary.
This is why we are again telling Boris Johnson to take this sound and politically astute advice: SCRAP Crossrail.

This may sound obvious. But the obvious is being overlooked in a big, wasteful way by the peddlers of the Crossrail scam.
Those peddlers are typified by Jo Valentine. She has a spot in the constitutionally ambivalent, unaccountable UK House of Pee-rs too.
That makes her even more undemocratic and unaccountable than she could be had she been plain Jo.
As the Houses of are not accountable, it is not known in public what abuses Jo Valentine has perpetrated in her promotion of CrossRail scam while the pack was being bureaucratically pushed through the two Houses [February 2005 and July 2008] via their stooged 'Crossrail Bill Select committees'.
When we [KHOODEELAAR! No to “Big Business Crossrail scam agenda…” campaign] told the London Times online in 2007 that we would notionally give the 'Houses of Pee-rs' the benefit of the doubt and wait to see how they delivered their constitutional duties.
We did so on the theoretical basis.
We also did it to point out to the then stooged 'transport minister' [the parasitic post that has been passed on to suitably like 'aspirants' as typified by the performance since Harris left and his shoes got filled in ...] ' and self-seeker Tom Harris that he must not be so gross as to predict the outcome of the 'Crossrail Bill Select committee' in the House of Pee-rs. That we did go on the record to say this was on many levels important.
Harris did not have an answer to what we said. Nor did any of his co-peddlers of the scam at the time. And as events have shown, Harris knew that in referring to the House of Pee-rs CrossRail Bill committee he was in fact referring to another familiar stooged body. And he was comfortable with that. We were not. No democratic, constitutionally conscientious person or campaign should be comfortable with that state of affairs....

Tuesday’s confession by the occupier at the Onion in London SE1 in the name of the people of London that the London Underground network was far more important than the notional Crossrail was another sign that the successor of Ken Livingstone as the tout in residence of Big Business was getting increasingly nervous about his role [and the impact of any gaffes, errors on top of the dozens he has already collected] in relation to UK Con party’s chances at the scheduled general election in a few months time.
After all, BoJo fancies himself as a power-seeker and he would not want to lose the chance by messing up D Cameron’s chances.
And as ALL independent indications of economic prospects and movements [or lack of them] show about the UK, CrossRail means more debts, wastes and diversion than it does transport.
As KHOODEELAAR! has diagnosed and exclusively asserted in public EVERYDAY for almost 6 years now, Crossrail is all those things: Wasteful, diversionary and unnecessary.
This is why we are again telling Boris Johnson to take this sound and politically astute advice: SCRAP Crossrail.
Khoodeelaar! No to wasteful Crossrail scam: Only spend money on the EXISTING transport network; improve the quality, the standard of service.
This may sound obvious. But the obvious is being overlooked in a big, wasteful way by the peddlers of the Crossrail scam.
Those peddlers are typified by Jo Valentine. She has a spot in the constitutionally ambivalent, unaccountable UK House of Pee-rs too.
That makes her even more undemocratic and unaccountable than she could be had she been plain Jo.
As the Houses of are not accountable, it is not known in public what abuses Jo Valentine has perpetrated in her promotion of CrossRail scam while the pack was being bureaucratically pushed through the two Houses [February 2005 and July 2008] via their stooged 'Crossrail Bill Select committees'.
When we [KHOODEELAAR! No to “Big Business Crossrail scam agenda…” campaign] told the London Times online in 2007 that we would notionally give the 'Houses of Pee-rs' the benefit of the doubt and wait to see how they delivered their constitutional duties.
We did so on the theoretical basis.
We also did it to point out to the then stooged 'transport minister' [the parasitic post that has been passed on to suitably like 'aspirants' as typified by the performance since Harris left and his shoes got filled in ...] ' and self-seeker Tom Harris that he must not be so gross as to predict the outcome of the 'Crossrail Bill Select committee' in the House of Pee-rs. That we did go on the record to say this was on many levels important.
Harris did not have an answer to what we said. Nor did any of his co-peddlers of the scam at the time. And as events have shown, Harris knew that in referring to the House of Pee-rs CrossRail Bill committee he was in fact referring to another familiar stooged body. And he was comfortable with that. We were not. No democratic, constitutionally conscientious person or campaign should be comfortable with that state of affairs....

This word ‘benefits' is the cringe-making lie that has been attached to the word ‘Crossrail’ by the lying agenda setters who are bent on fooling the UK public on their motives as they go about misappropriating and misallocating and mis-using the funds that may be available.
They are lying about transport. They are twisting the facts. They are twisting the evidence. They are twisting the conclusions. They are lying to grab hold of the money. And they are doing this by deliberately setting out to deceive the ordinary public about what they [these fiddlers, fakers and fabricators] want to do with the public money.

Forecast bleak with no Tube and Crossrail investment

Research showing the benefits of maintaining investment in the Tube, and the consequences of postponing it, has been published today by business organisation London First.
The report illustrates that investment in building Crossrail and modernising the Tube will bring vital extra transport capacity and generate wider economic benefits for the country in the order of £24bn of additional GDP.
On the other hand, the research forecasts increasingly impoverished travelling conditions for Londoners if investment tails off. The projected consequences include unreliability, slower journeys, much more overcrowding and increased congestion on the roads as passengers avoid the Tube.
Other passengers may choose not to travel at all, said the report, reducing recruitment by London employers and inhibiting economic growth.
“This report sets out in graphic terms the absolute necessity to keep investing in London’s transport infrastructure.”

London mayor Boris Johnson said investment must be maintained for both the Tube and Crossrail, as “these two fundamental projects are inextricably linked”. “My commitment to the Tube upgrades and Crossrail is fundamental and unwaivering,” he said.
“This report sets out in graphic terms the absolute necessity to keep investing in London’s transport infrastructure,” said Johnson. “The alternative is sardine-tin travel that will do nothing for Londoners’ quality of life or our city’s reputation.”
Baroness Jo Valentine, Chief Executive of London First, called the Tube “a worn and broken asset”. “With forecast revenues, and taking the cost of maintenance that will be necessary in any case, the upgrade of the Tube more than pays for itself,” she said.
The report draws from data provided by Transport for London and explores the effects of investment on passengers, commuters and the economy.
The passenger experience _ snapshot findings:
Without modernisation of the Tube, to give just five examples, during the morning rush hour in 2026:
0. Half a million passengers (twice as many as now) will commute in conditions defined as ‘very crowded’ – the equivalent of four or more people in a telephone box.
0. The 10 mile journey from Tooting Broadway to Canary Wharf will take almost an hour to complete, due to delays caused by crowding – about a fifth again compared to now.
0. The ticket barrier and entrance at Victoria station will be shut every six minutes, for two minutes each time – to maintain safety in the face of severe crowding.
0. Every passenger using Bond Street station will have to add an extra 10 minutes to their journey to push their way through overcrowded escalators and platforms.
0. Today’s 18 minute, six mile journey from North Acton to Oxford Circus will become almost a half hour trip because of excessive station and platform crowding.
0. Passengers will suffer in 32°C temperatures, in excess of limits defined in EU regulations for transporting livestock.

No to Crossrail hole campaign is set to hold a new series of campaign events including demonstrations near the UK House of Commons. The first such demo takes place at 12 Noon on Tuesday 6 June 2006. Triumph of Blairism. What is the commodity? Where is it to be found? Certainly not in the East End of London whence Blair has now recruited THREE tokens and tools of propaganda, as if to compensate for the ouster of Oona King from her over-Blaired seat in Bethnal Green and Bow. The Crossrail hole plot has been endorsed by Alan Meale who obstructed evidence being given to the Crossrail Select committee [June 2006] that would have exposed crucial defects and the fundamental flaws in the sham CRASSRAIL project. Blair is leaving behind a legacy of corruption so widespread that it no longer remits mention in the news.
The East End of London has been systematically disenfranchised and deprived of accountability by holders of public office has been made a thing of the past.
The multiple price that society will pay for the lies and the spreading of the culture of corruption by the Blair regime will be high. The abysmal failures of the 2012 Games Hosting bureaucracy cobbled together by an assortment of time-serving self-seekers in the name of the UK to produce accountability to the UK public continue unabated. Not one day passes without new [or, rather, updated] evidence emerging that shows that Ken Livingstone’s grotesque boast, allowed by David Dimbleby on the BBC Question Time in April 2008, to the effect that the 2012 bid had been based on Livingstone’s lying to the world, was not a one-off disgrace. In his bragging about lying for the London bid on the 2012 Games, Livingstone ‘explained’ to the audience of that ‘special mayoral edition’ of the BBC ‘Question Time’ that he had lied because telling the truth would not get the 2012 Games hosting to London ! He ‘added’ a really obscene note and said that his LYING was the only way to ‘regenerate’ the East End of London.
He meant DEGENERATE. He could have only meant further DEGENERATE…. Ken Livingstone’s lying career has been built on that trait: his facility with lying. And the running ‘mystery’ as to why the mainstream media continue to allow the liar to lie on. It is no mystery at all, when the evidence of the media behaviour and the agenda underlying it is assessed. Objectively. Universally. And in the context of decades of behaviour by the media.
No organisation is more topical and more typical of the mainstream UK media than the BBC. The Corporation’s boasts on Thursday 22 October 2009 as shown to be uttered by current deputy Director General Mark Buford, that they were allowing a particular member of a particular organisation to make an appearance on the same programme [separated by 17 months from its April 2008 edition featuring the lying Ken Livingstone] had been solely linked with the BBC’s commitment to ‘impartiality’ was as untruthful and fraudulent as the same Corporation’s blanket suppression of MOST news, views and information over the decades. It was no surprise they
had allowed Ken Livingstone to utter such a staggering confession and a lie. Confess to a lie that continues to affect the lives of thoausds of people in the East End of London.

It was left to the London Assembly member Jeannette Arnold to air some serious concerns on democratic accountability that the episode has brought into sharp focus. KHOODEELAAR! Campaign has always maintained that there is no democratic accountability by the holder of the post of mayor in the name of London. Or in the name of the people of London. We have said this and have been doing so most frequently for YEARS whilst the occupant at the Onion was called Ken ‘Undone Mayor’ Livingstone. Day one of the new season in Parliament and the nation was surely entitled to expect a degree of contrition from Britain’s disgraced MPs.
One would even have expected that politicians would have used their three-month summer break to reflect, finally come to their senses, and realise that their conduct has been immoral and utterly unacceptable.
Instead, they returned from holiday having worked themselves up into a fresh wave of righteous indignation — and more convinced than ever they have done nothing wrong.
Indeed, there was an air of mutiny in the corridors of power.
Attacks: Speaker John Bercow and Sir Thomas Legg, who is auditing expenses
Disgracefully, a whispering campaign is under way against Sir Thomas Legg, the honest and honourable civil servant commissioned by the Prime Minister to investigate MPs’ expenses.
MPs are openly accusing him of exceeding his brief by demanding that they pay back money they defrauded or stole from their taxpayer. They are, in short, intent on getting him — and do not rule out the possibility they will succeed.
For the attacks on Sir Thomas are worryingly reminiscent of the insidious, and ultimately successful, backstairs campaign waged against Elizabeth Filkin when, as Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, she bravely endeavoured to combat MPs’ corruption.
Filkin lost her battle and then her job. Yesterday, the same vicious and odious tactics were being used against Sir Thomas.
He will need resolution, courage and integrity, as well as powerful allies, if he is not to be bullied, blackmailed or nobbled in the weeks to come.

Slap on the wrist for guilty Jacqui Smith: She is told to say sorry, but not to repay £100,000
It's payback time: Expenses watchdog MPs thought was a patsy bares teeth and orders them to repay thousands (starting with the PM)
Needless to say Peter Mandelson, in his silken way, has fanned the flames by accusing Sir Thomas of being ‘a little unfair’ in urging MPs to repay their allowances.
Meanwhile, Speaker Bercow, himself a notorious expenses cheat, has circulated a letter to all MPs that can only have been carefully calculated to undermine Sir Thomas.
While apparently supporting the official, the effect of Bercow’s letter was to undermine him.
He carefully drew attention in his letter to the fact that all MPs have a right to appeal against his findings, while gratuitously adding that Sir Thomas’s remit was to examine payments made ‘against the rules and standards in force at the time’ (my italics)
Bercow’s wretched missive shows that he has not become Speaker in order to clean up the House of Commons — quite the reverse. His intention is to take Speaker Martin’s place as shop steward for Britain’s bent and thieving MPs.
Incredibly, Bercow appears to have licensed Sir Stuart Bell, the Labour Party representative on the Members Estimate Committee which oversees the corrupt system of MPs’ expenses, to make public attacks on Sir Thomas’s judgment.
We are now beginning to note a pattern of behaviour from Bercow. Over the summer, MPs from all parties — though with the secret collaboration of the Labour Whips Office — sabotaged the Parliamentary Standards Bill which was designed to restore integrity by allowing MPs cheating and lying to be subject to legal challenge.

Yesterday, they were at it again when former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith was let off after being found guilty of falsely claiming tens of thousands of pounds worth of taxpayers’ money.
After a six-month inquiry John Lyon, Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, ruled unequivocally that Ms Smith had falsely claimed that her ‘main residence’ was her sister’s home in London, where she slept in a spare room for part of the week.
In fact, said John Lyon, Ms Smith’s main residence had been her family home in Redditch.
Yet the Commons Standards and Privileges Committee decided to let her off with a mere apology to the Commons.
It did not insist on exemplary punishment — such as suspension from the Commons — nor that she repaid the money.
The brutal fact is that Ms Smith has been proved to be a liar and a thief.
The double standards are breathtaking.
Suppose, for example, a British Army officer falsely claimed more than £100,000 by giving the wrong address, he would have been courtmartialed and sacked from the Army in disgrace.
Or suppose that one of the Home Office civil servants who reported to Jacqui Smith had done the same thing. He or she would have been arrested, charged and jailed.
And yet a Home Secretary can apparently escape with no punishment beyond apologising to the Commons.
The decision to let Ms Smith off so slightly shows that British politicians believe that there is one law for themselves, and another for ordinary people. Nor should it be forgotten that, as Home Secretary, Ms Smith was responsible for law and order!
Worryingly, the chairman of the committee which let off Ms Smith with such a light rap on the knuckles was Sir George Young, who was promoted over the summer by David Cameron into the Shadow Cabinet with a special mandate to clean up the Commons.
It is clear that Young instinctively takes the side of MPs, and that David Cameron’s pledge to clean up politics carries no weight with Sir George occupying such a senior position.
More disturbing still was yesterday’s revelation that Sir Thomas Legg has asked Gordon Brown to repay approximately £12,000 that he personally claimed on his cleaning bills.
The fact that he has been asked to find such a huge sum of money is particularly damaging to the Prime Minister, especially since he has always boasted so loudly of his moral compass.
Brown’s repayment dwarfs the £900 that LibDem leader Nick Clegg has been asked for and the £200 that David Cameron has been told to repay.
Indeed, Brown’s bill is so large that it puts into a fresh perspective the long fight waged by his government to prevent MPs’ expenses coming into the open.
Until now, the assumption has been that Gordon Brown was mainly concerned to protect disreputable colleagues such as Jacqui Smith.
But now there is reason to suppose that he had a personal motive in preventing publication of details of his claims.
To give the Prime Minister credit, he immediately agreed to reimburse taxpayers but other MPs still refuse to accept they have done anything wrong.
The great French statesman Talleyrand once remarked that the Bourbon kings had ‘learned nothing and forgotten nothing’ when they returned to power in 1815 after the Napoleonic Wars.
Tragically, the same can now be said of the majority of British MPs after the summer months — as the air of seething resentment at Westminster yesterday showed. They believe they can carry on with their old arrogance, greed and thieving ways.
The truth is that this makes this autumn a very dangerous moment for British democracy.
As unemployment rises, and the country’s economic problems grow, our legislators continue to believe that they live in a privileged cocoon, and that they are exempt from the honourable standards that apply to decent people.
Parliament’s reputation, already at rock bottom, can hardly fall lower, meaning that sinister parties of the far Right and Left may benefit from the collapse of our greatest national institution.
That is why it is essential that Gordon Brown and David Cameron intervene now to end the attacks on Sir Thomas Legg.
In addition, they must tell their MPs to pay up uncomplainingly — or face making the ultimate sacrifice of losing the party whip, and being booted out of Parliament.
Otherwise the coming general election could see the collapse of faith in British democracy and the start of a menacing new order for our bankrupt politics.

KHOODEELAAR! TOLD them so for years! Now the UK CON Party internal sect the Bow Group concedes, ever so slowly, some of the key truths against the CROSSRAIL scam agenda we have said for years.
In a blog piece [which KHOODEELAAR! has just spotted today Sunday 11 October 2009 – that piece was not published on any search lists until today as we can confirm] the Bow group retails the following very incomplete and inconsistent admission:
“the tunnelling which has made Crossrail such a vastly expensive scheme will not be available if we are to see high-speed rail rolled out at realistic prices. Local communities may well benefit in the medium term from improved transport but they will not welcome the disruption, compulsory purchases and changes to their local environment in the short term.”
We say to the Bow Group and any other group that cares about transport that they should look at the irresponsibility of Boris Johnson who has taken over as the fronting tout for Big Business scam.
Forcing businesses to pay the CRASS levy for CRASSrail is not a way to make any project sustainable. There has to be demand for that propjet to begin with. When the BOW GROUP blogger says that transport is one of this country’s intractable problems they get it right. Only so far. They then fail to look at the causes of that problem.
The causes include the absence of democracy.
And the absence of democratic parliament and democratic regional assemblies.
The GLA is an insult to the cause of democratic accountability.
As are the local councils.
The ONLY camapgn that has made the Crossrail tunnelling and the Crossrail attacks on the local community an issue at all has been and remains the KHOODEELAAR! camapgn. How many centuries will the Bow Group [and their UK CON Party insider likes] take before they acknowledge THAT?
And how many millennia before they get the facts about transport right?
And the facts about the real and the underlying factor affecting capacity and the ordinary economy right?
And what is the real reason behind the Bow Group blogger’s reluctance in referring to the East End of London by name? Especially as they are actually commenting there on the KHOODEELAAR! camapgn in defence of the community in the East End of London as against the Crossrail scam agenda?????????????????

The root of the legal questions that I have been putting to Crossrail is this: what is the evidence to back the CrossRail promoters’ central marketing claim that ‘a Crossrail line such as is represented in the current CrossRail Bill’ will deliver the many ‘benefits’ to the areas which the Crossrail scheme will destroy as part of the ‘ordinary CrossRail plan as is seen in the Crossrail Bill’? There is no answer to this question. Which is a question that goes to the heart of the constructional paradox of the UK 'democracy' as well. Have we got a constitutional democracy in the UK? Do the MPs really scrutinize the Government or the governing side in the UK House of commons? Do ‘members of the public’ with a relevant issue top raise get the chance to raise it in Parliament? Without fetter, w8thout barrier, without obstruction,. Deterrence? What was the 'select committee' 'doing' being in place if it wasn't going to allow people opposed to the Crossrail plot to give or bring in evidence in support of the OPPOSITION to particular aspects or all of the Crossrail Bill? How? For example, when the ‘local MP’ for the area that includes Brick Lane and Whitechapel, put the appearance as a ‘petitioner against the Crossrail Bill’ in June 2006 before the CrossRail Bill select committee’ of MPs, ‘chaired’ by the nightmarishly ignorant [of the key issues and of the key matter of the requirement in constitutional law that the constitution must be seen to be being upheld for any claim to be credible that it was being upheld] Alan Meale

That Lyingstill suffered from serious intellectual sloppiness and lacked integrity was known all along to those who have been sobering the corruptor of London for the past few decades. But the Blairng Brigade of Big Business which recruited the ever-aspiring, ever-upwardly mobile grease-pole climber Livingstone to its sleazy looting project did not know the truth about Confidence Trick Ken or closed their eyes to the truth
. Lyingstill is now displaying the very crass contradictions about Crossrail and London economy which the Khoodeelaar! Campaign diagnosed years ago and has been pointing out for almost three years now. That diagnosis , put in one sentence is this: That CrossRail scheme is not the sensible solution to the major transport problem facing London today. Lyingstill has now come out with a classic Ken Contradictory statement. That is being derided by one of Lyingstill’s most ardent trumpeters in the production of the lying Crossrail propaganda. Baroness Vallentine. She has been forced to confess that Lyingstill is not the economic genius that even she was led to believe for all of three days in the past six months. And what is more, Lyingstill is now plagiarist the Khoodeelaar analysis in part to make his own crass case against his CrossRail –believing mates. He is talking of ‘disbenefits’ . That has been Nick Raynsford! If ever there existed a pair of identically plasticky, opportunistic and anti-democratic careerists then John Biggs and Nick Raynsford make that pair.
They are an affront to democracy. Neither has a clue about democracy.
As Khoodeelaar! has reported in the past 6 years, John Biggs is in place in the name of the City and East London on the GLA=Ghastly Liability A******* only because he maintains the same manipulative careerist links with the fixers within the Blaired party as he always has done. He neither respects democracy nor does he have any real respect for the people in the community.
It follows that he backed Big Business CRASSrail and failed to acknowledge the community let alone support our campaign against the CRASSrail hole agenda.
It is odd and an opportunist fakery so odious that it cannot be commented on in detail without breaching our ethical standards of linguistic integrity. It is odd that Biggs now poses as in any way being critical of any aspect of CRASSrail!
Given the servility he has shown to the CRASSrail scam in the past, that shift – apparent or nearly real – vindicates our diagnosis and dissection of the scam itself.
It was crassly conceived and it is being crassly peddled. How else can a mere £4million be enough to justify the Columbus Tower of Babylon!
And yet he is!
He has done so in the last 24 hours over Boris Johnson’s rejection of the Crossrail scam-backing Tower Hamlets Council.
Crass role-play is going on on a crushingly crass rate among crass role-playing CRASSrail-backing touts, stooges and so on.
How long before the crassly conceived economically calamitous CRASSrail scam becomes so untenable that it will have to be drastically curtailed AT BEST and scrapped if a face-saving scam cannot be contrived by its peddlers!?

That has been Nick Raynsford! If ever there existed a pair of identically plasticky, opportunistic and anti-democratic careerists then John Biggs and Nick Raynsford make that pair.
They are an affront to democracy. Neither has a clue about democracy.
As Khoodeelaar! has reported in the past 6 years, John Biggs is in place in the name of the City and East London on the GLA=Ghastly Liability A******* only because he maintains the same manipulative careerist links with the fixers within the Blaired party as he always has done. He neither respects democracy nor does he have any real respect for the people in the community. It follows that he backed Big Business CRASSrail and failed to acknowledge the community let alone support our campaign against the CRASSrail hole agenda.
It is odd and an opportunist fakery so odious that it cannot be commented on in detail without breaching our ethical standards of linguistic integrity. It is odd that Biggs now poses as in any way being critical of any aspect of CRASSrail!
Given the servility he has shown to the CRASSrail scam in the past, that shift – apparent or nearly real – vindicates our diagnosis and dissection of the scam itself.
It was crassly conceived and it is being crassly peddled. How else can a mere £4million be enough to justify the Columbus Tower of Babylon!
And yet he is!
He has done so in the last 24 hours over Boris Johnson’s rejection of the Crossrail scam-backing Tower Hamlets Council.

As the UK Con Party annual jamboree being staged right now hears of their banal version of their definition of crime and society, the 'mainstream' media continues to fail to tackle the real deficit and bankruptcy affecting society.
And this is due to the bankruptcy and deficit in the minds of those in control of the editorial contents and biases in the 'local papers' as well as in the regional ones and in the so-called national ones.
This problem has been constantly examined and dissected by the Khoodeelaar! Campaign over the past almost six years.
As was done on 26 June 2008 in an email I sent to a member of staff at the Press Complaints Commission in London:

The KHOODEELAAR! Campaign against Crossrail has notified the PCC of over dozens of complaints.
It is a matter of record.
Also, we have NOT supplied you with paper clips of recent items about which we have complaints against the same publisher and publication.
We also filed complaints against the London ‘EVENING STANDARD’.
This particular one goes back to at least February-March 2004. Plus we have filed complaints with the PCC against the ‘Guardian’ newspaper.
On ALL those, the PCC has NOT acted to the logical appropriate conclusion. Many of the complaints have therefore been left in abeyance.
Irrespective of the utterances by Christopher Meyer who will be cited as a consistent source of many of our operative assumptions, as far as the PCC and its de facto institutionalised attitude to complainants goes....
What am I saying there?
I am saying and intending to say that the PCC serves as a DISCOURAGER by inaction, that it discourages complainants from pursuing to the full the complaints against newspapers. And that is the core of the PCC agenda. That is the core of the PCC purpose.
I am also aware that we have put to the PCC the notice of our intention to take court action against the PCC after the formalities with the PCC are over.
This we have said on the basis of the evidence that the PCC is NOT an organisation that provides anywhere near the necessary redress against wrongdoing newspapers.
The key complaints against the 'East London Advertiser' [or indeed against the EVENING STANDARD or the Guardian] is NOT about just the technicality of the particular contents of or in one or a number of published items and any inaccuracies, biases etc. in them.
The real complaint is against the policy of discrimination, bias and unfairness being practised by these publications in the context of the campaign and in the context of the community concerned.

We reproduce the item because it too contains new evidence of the crassness of those who peddle the CrossRail scam. What is the crassness? For a start, it is the pretence that lying for Crossrail will make the scam legitimate. Theresa Villiers is quoted by the NEW CIVIL ENGINEER as saying “I totally appreciate the benefits of Crossrail. However, we have also said that we will work hard to ensure value for money across government spending. There will be no exceptions to that.” KHOODEELAAR! Has edited bits of the NEW CIVIL ENGINEER here. But we have retained the original attributed texts. What the Villiers spiel says is that she is faking it. Again. And doing so by ignoring the KHOODEELAAR! Advice that we have been publishing over the past 2 days. If Villiers fully appreciates the benefits of CrossRail, what is then stopping her from spelling those out? And her ‘appreciation’ is not really enhanced by the predictably shoddy plug for CRASSrail that is attributed by NEW CIVIL ENGINEER to Steve Norris. Neither Villiers nor Norris nor indeed the NEW CIVIL ENGINEER at all mentions the small matter of transport in London. We have said that the word ’transport’ carries more accurate meaning and substance than the word Crossrail. In fact the word ‘Crossrail’ stands for a scam at the expense of transport in London. And there is the core of Crossrail crassness. They get the facts twisted. They get the needs confused. They then get the costs and the benefits totally messed up. This is why we have argued that before the 'Crossrail Bill' was given the rubber stamp by the stooged MPs and the stooged peers in the Palace of Ghostsminster, the purpose, the demand and the economic benefits as well as the environmental implications should have been examined in detail. They did not do that. One of the consequences of that failure is this endless CRASS peddling of a liability that the UK economy does not need and the public have not asked for.

Crossrail must make: "significant savings"

Crossrail will be under pressure to come in well under its £16bn budget under a Conservative government, NCE can reveal.
Speaking at a fringe meeting at the Conservative Party conference in Manchester, shadow transport secretary Theresa Villiers confirmed that: “I totally appreciate the benefits of Crossrail.
However, we have also said that we will work had to ensure value for money across government spending.
“There will be no exceptions to that,” she said.
Former Conservative Mayoral candidate Steven Norris said: “This is a value for money issue, and there are some value and improvements to be made,” he said.
But Norris said Crossrail chief executive Rob Holden should have a relatively easy time to make savings.
“When Crossrail was costes in 2007, the credit crunch has lowered prices by some 20%.
“So the ironic consequence is that they are in at a much better value for money and there is great incentive to come in well under the current [£16bn] figure,” he said.

We have said that there was no demand for Crossrail in the UK economy, even in 2004 when our campaign began. There most certainly is none now. We have said and we have shown, YEARS before Rod Eddington was even heard of in any form in the public and outside of his career field, that the UK railways infrastructure, the EXISTING one, was in need of urgent priority investment and repair. We have said this same thing about the ‘London transport infrastructure’. We have also argued that Alistair Darling should be held to account for abusing the stooged parliament for making the sum of £100Million of UK public money available to unaccountable cabals peddling CrossRail. We have asked for this for over three years now. We have done all of this in the public and have published our findings in the public domain.
