Khoodeelaar! Legal questions force Crossrail hole lying propagandists into silence!

The root of the legal questions that I have been putting to Crossrail is this: what is the evidence to back the CrossRail promoters’ central marketing claim that ‘a Crossrail line such as is represented in the current CrossRail Bill’ will deliver the many ‘benefits’ to the areas which the Crossrail scheme will destroy as part of the ‘ordinary CrossRail plan as is seen in the Crossrail Bill’?
There is no answer to this question. Which is a question that goes to the heart of the constructional paradox of the UK 'democracy' as well.
Have we got a constitutional democracy in the UK? Do the MPs really scrutinize the Government or the governing side in the UK House of commons? Do ‘members of the public’ with a relevant issue top raise get the chance to raise it in Parliament? Without fetter, w8thout barrier, without obstruction,. Deterrence?
What was the 'select committee' 'doing' being in place if it wasn't going to allow people opposed to the Crossrail plot to give or bring in evidence in support of the OPPOSITION to particular aspects or all of the Crossrail Bill? How?
For example, when the ‘local MP’ for the area that includes Brick Lane and Whitechapel, put the appearance as a ‘petitioner against the Crossrail Bill’ in June 2006 before the CrossRail Bill select committee’ of MPs, ‘chaired’ by the nightmarishly ignorant [of the key issues and of the key matter of the requirement in constitutional law that the constitution must be seen to be being upheld for any claim to be credible that it was being upheld] Alan Meale

London mayor Ken Livingstone has been denounced by one of his City of London interests allies and ‘pals’ for exhibiting intellectual sloppiness and incompetence about the CrossRail impact on London. That Lyingstill suffered from serious intellectual sloppiness and lacked integrity was known all along to those who have been sobering the corruptor of London for the past few decades. But the Blairng Brigade of Big Business which recruited the ever-aspiring, ever-upwardly mobile grease-pole climber Livingstone to its sleazy looting project did not know the truth about Confidence Trick Ken or closed their eyes to the truth
. Lyingstill is now displaying the very crass contradictions about Crossrail and London economy which the Khoodeelaar! Campaign diagnosed years ago and has been pointing out for almost three years now. That diagnosis , put in one sentence is this: That CrossRail scheme is not the sensible solution to the major transport problem facing London today.
Lyingstill has now come out with a classic Ken Contradictory statement. That is being derided by one of Lyingstill’s most ardent trumpeters in the production of the lying Crossrail propaganda. Baroness Vallentine. She has been forced to confess that Lyingstill is not the economic genius that even she was led to believe for all of three days in the past six months. And what is more, Lyingstill is now plagiarist the Khoodeelaar analysis in part to make his own crass case against his CrossRail –believing mates. He is talking of ‘disbenefits’ . Although the crass Ken is prone to use the phrase he has managed to leave no evidence of any understanding on his part of what constitutes London economy.
