1900 GMT 2000 UK Time London Friday 15 August 2008:KHOODEELAAR! No to “Crossrail hole plot....Big Business spin, Bob Kiley's lies, fakery and bragging ....." CAMPAIGN TOLD YOU SO! That Ken Living stone's 'Transport Commissioner', who fizzled out right in the middle of the then embarked on season of Ken Livingstone spin for Kiley, whom Livingstone praised to the skies via the BBC and whom Livingstone admired because of Kiley's ability to INTIMIDATE people into agreeing with him [with Kiley then touting for Livingstone at the expense of the people of London] [!!] got it ALL wrong about transport in London. That Kiley got it totally wrong when he faked the ‘case for Crossrail’, that Kiley was undemocratic, unaccountable and was allowed to behave monumentally irresponsibly when he declared, on the BBC’s ‘Politics Show’ that people who raised questions about the Crossrail and its promotion had to be forced to agree to SUPPORT Crossrail.... Kiley bragged via the BBC and ‘opined’ that the critics [in Govt offices] of the crassly conceived Crossrail hole scam should be LOCKED UP and MADE to agree to back Crossrail!!!!! KHOODEELAAR! No to crassness in public life is putting this updated commentary about Ken Livingstone's serious flaws and Kiley’s mendacious contempt for accountability in the evening of the day [Friday 15 August 2008] when the CROSSRAIL hole plot-peddling London EVENING nostandards STANDARD has published the confirmation that Kiley’s ‘grace and favour’ ‘home’ [given to him by Ken Livingstone again abusing his, Livingstone's, ‘powers’ as the holder and the occipant at the time of the office of mayor in the name of the people of London] is now proving an unsale-able property.... Says the print edition WEST END FINAL of the London EVENING nostandards STANDARD at page 11 [Friday 15 August 2008] at column 5th , “ Kiley's house still on sale - after 15 months and £1.4m cut.”

Estate agents shut as housing market slumps to 'worst ever'

The property bought for Ken Livingstone's former transport commissioner for £2.2 million has failed to resell after more than a year on the market.

The Georgian townhouse was put up for sale in May last year after Bob Kiley, pictured, left his post and lost his right to live in the grace-andfavour home.

With the property market then almost at its peak, Transport for London was hoping for a substantial profit from the asking price of £4.95million.

But the house failed to sell and in January the price was cut to £4.6 million.

Now it is being marketed by Hamptons for £3.5 million.

The Grade II-listed, partstucco fronted, mid-terrace is in Mozart Terrace, Ebury Street, on the Belgravia/Pimlico border.

It has three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a reception room, drawing room, sitting room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, garage, balcony, gardens and vaults.

TfL said it was "committed to achieving the best price possible".
