The key parties as defendants included so far in the planned actions.

THESE are in ADDITION to and apart from the 'strictly constitutional law action programme' that is planned to aim at having BOTH the main European courts involved at the concluding stages.

The following are defendants in the court applications that are being finalised for submission to the [initially] UK domestic courts under UK domestic 'legal procedures and laws'.

1. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council - controlling clique
2. The 'Mayor of London' - the touting and the spin and the propaganda, all of which was and has been based on utter lies and negligently contrived 'spin'
3. The London Assembly - John Biggs
4. The town clerk at Tower Hamlets Council at the time - C Gilbert
5. The CLRL company and its fabricating employees, secretaries and relevant propaganda operation personnel
6. The 'Secretary of State' at the given times at the stages - namely Alistair Darling, Douglas Alexander and [so far] Ruth Kelly
7. Ten named councillors
8. Two senior officers at the DfT
9. The bureaucracies in the UK Houses of Parliament linked with the two 'Crossrail Bill' Select committees
