Proposed network to link Bracknell to Heathrow

BAA has made a formal application to build a new stretch of railway which would mean direct rail connections between Bracknell and Heathrow Terminal Five.

The Airtrack scheme would mean a small stretch of new line built from the existing Staines to Windsor line to Heathrow, and some work to the junction at Staines to allow trains from Bracknell to get to the airport without having to go through Staines.

The news will come as a boost to those concerned that Bracknell is losing out in terms of rail links, especially once the Crossrail development is completed, linking Maidenhead with the centre of London.

Crossrail will also be going to Heathrow, and although there are no plans to link Airtrack with Crossrail, authorities may come under pressure to do this as the clamour for integrated public transport intensifies.

It is in the constitution that events overtake events. I have just coined an updated observation! So this years publishing event by the Daily Telegraph Group will become a thing of the past. Event will come along to make certain that it is.

However, there is no indication that either MPs and peers or the media generally and including the Daily Telegraph group will deliver a significantly improved quality of service to the public. Why do I say this? For one thing, the Daily Telegraph as ceased its fervour.

And relapsed into Party political mode. As the house journal for one of the two main Parties.

And secondly, the sheer brazen irrationality and Partisanship in the piece by Matthew D'Ancona. Where is the evidence to justify his fanatic almost worryingly zealous dislike of one Party?

If the evidence of the published response of the ordinary public to the behaviour of MPs and peers as temporarily chronicled by the Daily Telegraph this year is any guide then the public are as disgusted about one Party as they are about another.

Which rationally should cause the likes of Matthew D'Ancona to stop being vehicles of Party political agenda and start themselves reporting on what the people are saying now. The people in the streets of East London that I see are not impressed by any of the power-wielding Parties. Nor are they impressed by those Parties local fodder and touts.

The people are deeply unimpressed and do not expect much to change for the better with the political careerists and their media hangers on remaining bent on furthering their own petty and undignified gains and ends while neglecting the needs and the priorities of the country and the public.

If the accounts are accurate as published so far on both the BBC [on Friday night 24 July 2009, through the mouth of John Torode, also from the same Spectator that Matthew D'Ancona Edits and as stated on the front-page of todays DAILY MAIL] about the cause behind the announcement that Andrew McKinley is so disgusted by the timidity of his fellow Party MPs that he is quitting Parliament then that reinforces the analysis that I have made of the UK Parliament and politics for decades.

Which is that the UK parliament is effectively a decoration. And that the UK public are regularly taken for rides by the given regimes [in chronological order]. Look as far back as objectively verifiably independent and accurate records will allow and you will find that the claim of accountable democracy about the Parliament in Britain is a most misleading one.

It does NOT exist. Which means that Matthew D'Ancona’s attaching of so much importance to the Norwich by-election is indicative of his lack of grasp of the realities of British political mess.

By comparison, even Amanda Plattel [as shown on the page published with her name by the Daily mail today 25 July 2009] has got a far more preferable, and real, view of the 27 year old winner of the by-election!

And that is saying something!

KHOODEELAAR! had advised Hazel Blears on 5 May 2009 not to squander the political asset she had hinted at possessing when she had pointed out the crassness of Crossrail. But Hazel being a self-confessed NUTS [see her endless self-promotional confetti], could not keep still. She has since our advice to her, squandered it by indulging in a whole lot of self-destructive antics that ended up creating a hole in her prospects. Now, Hazel has years of work to recover from the hole she got herself into…While Hazel does the spade work that she evidently has to do in Salford in Greater Manchester, England] and beyond, we have to look at the other holes that the others have dug themselves into. We again ask Boris Johnson in London to show ANY evidence that justifies any of his abusing behaviour. What do we mean by ‘abusing behaviour’? We mean his behaviour that abuses the powers that Tony Blair gave to the occupant in the post Boris Johnson occupies in the name of and at the expense of the people of London. And Boris Johnson cannot have failed to notice – or he can have, which is a possibility – the call coming from the ‘London councils’ asking him to drop the Section 106 penalising charge that he has got to impose on those who wish to building structures in London. The problem is that a significant part of the penalised are ‘natural’ supporters of the political gang that Boris Johnson belongs to. Can Boris Johnson afford to upset them? And is there any doubt that this crass penalty will not be tolerated by those ‘natural supporters’? The fact that David Cameron allowed the current transport spokeswoman for the Conservatives in the UK House of Commons to INCLUDE Crossrail in the list of UNWANTED items when she led her brief against the Section 106 charge powers to be applicable to raise funds for London Crassrail from developers leaves no doubt that Crassrail is being treated by David Cameron as crass. Not that Cameron has the same ‘reasons’ as he should have, objectively speaking, for doing the opposing. Nevertheless, the fact that he has gone on the parliamentary record as being opposed to Crossrail amounts to a No to Crossrail. Which ADDS to the argument that Boris Johnson has LOST a significant part of his claim that Crossrail is vital. If it is so vital then Cameron is a fool. And if Cameron is a fool then Boris Johnson should say so out loud and in public.... And if he won’t say so then HE TOO is a fool. Or he is a political coward. Which means that he hasn’t got the political backing that is, will be necessary for Crossrail. Which amounts to the same thing. That Crossrail is crass. And that it is being treated by the Conservative party as a crass scam…Boris Johnson should follow Ken Livingstone all the way and stage a de facto resignation from the Conservative ‘political’ whip [as opposed to the parliamentary whip]…. When is Boris Johnson going to quit the Conservative party whip? [To be continued]

That the 'London Crossrail' scam was not justified. that it was not relevant to the transport urgencies or priorities of ordinary people in and around London.

That the community in East London had showed by its support for the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against Crossrail hope scam that Crossrail was an avoidable source of waste of valuable public money...

That by stifling the two 'Crossrail Bill Select Committees' in the two Houses of Parliament, Blair [and then] Brown had showed that they were contemptuous of parliament, that they did not recognise the democratic value and the serious ECONOMIC worth of accountability through parliament on major issues....

All of this we said and published on the web site of the Daily Telegraph ... more than SIX months before there was any published hint WHATEVER that they would then undertake one of the most detailed publication of evidence of the stooging of the UK Parliament.

In the sense that the UK parliament has now become populated by stooges who are not in possession of any ethical mandate or any moral command over the executive..

Why?

Because the stooged MPs and Peers are so sunk in corruption, sleaze and disgraceful conduct that they have no idea of what ethics, morality in conduct are.... The very points that KHOODEELAAR! had been making for five years and a few months before the DAILY TELEGRAPH or any other part of the mainstream or non-stream media in Britain had said anything like that.....

Now that the Daily Telegraph group has also published in the past 20 hours three pieces that for the first time include Crossrail in the list of projects that deserve to be scrapped...

We say again: Scrap Crossrail and spare the UK public £Billions of avoidable debt and waste... And as even Simon Jenkins has shown in his column on 28 April 2009 in the London EVENING STANDARD, the money that Crossrail will ‘eat’, will be properly spent in maintaining the tottering existing London tube network….

And as even Tony Travers, another peddler of CRASSrail during Ken Livingstone’s tenure at *****y Hall London SE1, has now admitted, the costs of Crossrail are beyond affordability by the London transport budget…. And as the ECONOMIST magazine has also BELATEDLY admitted, Crossrail does threaten the existing tube and transport affordability in London…… Scrap Crossrail and use the money to upgrade and maintain and repair the existing transport network in London….

KHOODEELAAR! Told you so! Only earlier today we updated our evidential commentary on the corrupting role that Ken Lyinsgtone had been playing as he was peddling the Military Industrial Complex’s agenda in the shape of the Crossrail scam. ..

Earlier this week, we reiterated the question about Ken Livingstone's admission on BBC Question Time in April 2008 that he had LIED to peddle the ‘London bid’ for the 2012 Games hosting….

We have gone over Ken Livingstone’s very personally driven career spanning four decades.. We have done this before any other publisher or organisation had done it...

And in doing so, we have uncovered undeniable evidence that Lyinsgtone has been and remains a very selfish individuals who has no respect for democracy. No respect for ethics. As he showed when he condemned the particular meeting of the London assembly where questions had been raised about his behaviour…

He accused those who questioned his behaviour of being politically motivated, thus proving that as far as he was concerned, he could not care less about accounting to the elected London Assembly and that he cared even less for the people of London in whose name he was still in the post at the *****Y Hall London SE1..Now, comes another disclosure that Livingstone INDEED has been, is totally shameless.

As the bill he charged the London public for his champagne 'socialist' visits to some of the most expensive eateries shows... Our question from the East End of London is this: How dare the lying Livingstone claim on BBC Question Time that he even knew what poverty and deprivation were let alone his being the person to be trusted to make the right decision about ending poverty and derivation in the East End?

As we have found all key indicators pointing to one conclusion: Ken Livingstone has been and is a corrupter and a dengenerator of society.

That is what he has been about. And so when he boasted on the BBC Question Time in April 2008 that he has lied top get the 2012 Games to London because the bid could not be successfully made by telling the truth, he meant he did the lying because lying and DEGENERATION go together…

Livingstone LIED to DEGENERATE the East End under the cloak of the 2012 Hosting….As he has been lying to degenerate society - and discredit what remain of the 'institutions' of a democratic society - by peddling CrossRail for BECHTEL and their colluders in the Military Industrial Complex who have been the real movers behind the plot to rob the UK public of £Billions under the cloak of the diversionary, debts-causing, wasteful Crossrail scam……
