Yesterday's [Thursday 15 January 2009] GCSE results have shown again that Tower Hamlets Schools are continuing to fail the pupils and the community.….


The East End Borough of Tower Hamlets is thus guaranteed to remain ‘qualified’ as ‘the most deprived borough’ in the country - a description published by the Times newspaper [and web site] last year attributing that to the then ‘leader’ of the same Council.


I spoke to the ‘full Council’ when it sat in that mode, formally, on 17 December 2008.
I did that to argue against Crossrail which I have been calling as a creator of poverty.
Tower Hamlets is next door to Newham.
And so far as I can see, there has been NO statistically or socially or economically significant or citable JOBS created for the ‘ordinary people’ of and in Tower Hamlets by the 2012 Olympic Games Hosting programme. When I spoke to Tower Hamlets Council as it sat as ‘full Council’ [17.12.2008], I cited the fact that Gordon Brown’s regime had been advertising in Polish publications for specifically skilled recruits for Crossrail work to be carried out in Tower Hamlets. I pointed out that local people of all backgrounds in the ordinary population in Tower Hamlets were not going to get the jobs because they did not have the requisite skills. I contrasted the advertisements in the Polish media to the absence of corresponding adverts in the ‘local’ ‘East London Idiotiser’ [‘Advertiser’] that circulates mainly in and around the Borough of Tower Hamlets. That omission I linked with the failures of the local schools and related institutions and agencies in Tower Hamlets. I addressed a particular member of Tower Hamlets Council who had asked me to explain how Crossrail would CAUSE or create poverty in the Borough. As time was limited to only a couple of minuets for me to give that answer, I later asked that Councillor through his office in the Council, to get in touch with me so I could give him more evidential information on poverty and jobs and how Gordon Brown’s propaganda about creating jobs in the East End of London through Crossrail and the 2012 games Hosting was totally false and misleading.
It is a full month since then.
And I have not heard from the councillor.
I also spoke to the current holder of the post of ‘leader’ of Tower Hamlets Council the same evening [17 December 2008] and asked him to answer the charges that I had been making about the Council's failures on jobs in the Borough in the context of my address to the ‘full Council’. He promised to get back to me soon.
I have not heard from him.
It is absolutely important to put on the record the fact that regardless of their ethnic backgrounds and affiliations, the local Councils in and around the Stratford site of the 2012 Games and in the affected parts of London Crossrail are not behaving in response to the facts on the ground.
They are, as the ‘local authorities’ living in a world of spin where they move or not solely on the basis of whether their actions will keep them in post or not..
The future of jobs and social cohesion is not being made at all secure by the over the top reliance on spin that Brown has become hooked on.
Nothing that Gordon Brown has said today about Stratford makes any sense at all as far as the economic and the social lives of the majority of the ordinary people in the East End go.
And the less Tessa Jowell says the better. She evidently [by her promotional slots allowed here by the BBC this morning] does not recall Ken Livingstone actually boastfully admitting on the BBC Question Time ‘Mayoral election’ special’ shown in April 2008 that he, Livingstone, had LIED to get the ‘London Bid’ done so that the UK Govt would spend so much money in that East End area...
The evidence of Canary Wharf shows that only because there is a fast and concentrated set of buildings done in a formerly derelict area that the ‘immediate’ locality and the population would benefit.…..
There has got to be a qualitative and quantum shift away from the degenerate ’thinking’ that Ken Livingstone epitomises and the superfluous spin that Gordon Brown has become indulgent on...
The shift has got to be way away from party political, partisan or electoral considerations.
If society matters, if people matter then that priority has to be seen in the actual policies...
Those policies are far from present in the current packages on offer from any of the power-wielders at any relevant level.

But even with their limited understanding of the essential flaws and crassness of the present Crossrail scheme, it is worth giving them the relevant exposure and the added publicity through this Khoodeelaar! Crossrail shapes up as yet another bottomless pit

Last week’s earthquake in Folkestone left Eurotunnel unmoved. Physically, this chunk of Anglo-French infrastructure is made of sterner stuff. Financially, it was crumbling before the cross-Channel shuttle service started 13 years ago. . Even completing the project, at nearly double its imagined cost, was a tribute to the Eurotunnel boss, the late Sir Alistair Morton. The tunnel has since carried 12 million vans and lorries, most of them bringing in imports. But shareholders have not been paid a dividend and lenders have been asked repeatedly to restructure the company’s debts and forgo interest.
A few investors still made money. In 1989, after an inauspicious launch in the wake of the 1987 crash, Eurotunnel units trebled and briefly quadrupled in price, allowing Robert Maxwell and a few others to make a killing. Others, mainly British, cut their losses by driving their car on to the shuttle free or at a reduced price. The rest of us have received nothing. Over 20 years, Eurotunnel share units have lost perhaps 90 per cent of their original value. This solid infrastructure is like the worst of the dot-com follies.
Next week about 400,000 French and 100,000 British investors must decide whether to swap their shares for a 13 per cent stake in a new company that will still have £2.8 billion of debt. The alternative, according to the board, is liquidation.
You need no sympathy for investors to realise that about £4 billion has been poured down this drain. The Channel Tunnel was seen as an international infrastructure project that would bring huge economic benefits to Britain and France. The timing was unlucky, the structure flawed and the risks high. As a result, it has proved, instead, to be a massive misuse of resources. Now that the capital has been sunk several fathoms down, we are glad to have it, but living standards in Britain and France would be marginally higher if it never had been built.
. Twenty years on, Gordon Brown may be planning a repeat. Nose-tappers reckon that, having stalled so far, he would give full state backing to Crossrail if he became prime minister. Crossrail is a name for several projects round the country. This one is a mainline railway, travelling via 13 miles of new tunnels through Central London, linking Heathrow with the chief commercial, financial and shopping districts. It has been dreamt about for decades and still seems to be modified every week. Cost estimates run from £7 billion to £15 billion, depending on what you include for overruns, capital costs and which of many options is chosen.
Like Eurotunnel, it has the quality of appealing to different groups for different reasons, some contradictory. MPs for commuter districts see it saving their voters from travelling in degrading cattle-truck conditions. Green campaigners imagine that it would take traffic off roads, while City jet setters want to speed from Heathrow first class, avoiding hoi polloi.
An economic study commissioned for the joint Whitehall/London municipal company suggests that it could bring benefits to London’s economy averaging between £600 million and £1.1 billion a year. Yet much of this benefit stems from enabling many thousands more people to commute into London, boosting carbon emissions but raising the efficiency gains from having even more, bigger financial firms in the same place.
No economic gain will be made, however, unless the benefits earn a market return to match the risks. At Eurotunnel, revenue projections proved to be as optimistic as those on costs. As the use of a wide range suggests, estimates of future gains are bound to be uncertain. At least commuters are likely to be a reliable market and the Mayor of London can prevent fare competition. So London First, the local business lobby group, argues: “Crossrail eventually will pay for itself. The difficulty is how you fund it during construction.”
Eurotunnel shows that this is a rash assumption. Cost inflation and revenue deflation can quickly wreck it. Crossrail is intended to be financed by a combination of government grants and loans, which would be secured partly on future fares but mainly on a supplement to London business rates. Eurotunnel was privately funded, by investors willing to bear risk. As in pensions, the State has moved from voluntary to compulsory private funding.
Crossrail has a structure as flawed as Eurotunnel. No one party is in charge yet many have real interests, breaking the unity between specification, management, ownership and financing.
There is a high risk of cost overruns. The construction industry already reports a shortage of tunnelling engineers. There is little shortage of jobs. Crossrail is budgeted to take eight years to complete, two years more than the Channel Tunnel and too long for political gain. Regulation on behalf of residents will be intrusive. It is unclear who the funder of last resort is, but we can guess. If economic welfare and risk were the tests rather than glory, it would make more sense to build an extra 100,000 homes in the Central London area. This could be achieved easily by cooperation between planners and developers. That would probably go for the other Crossrails, too.

In the falsehood by-lined to one of the touts for Big Business and constituting total intellectual barrenness of understanding about the real factors that make economic, social and environmental difference is Jo Valentine, who is one of those liars that have been given platforms to lie by claiming that they sit in the House of Lureds!. She says in her typically barren piece, “the business community is convinced of the urgent need for Crossrail.” She does not say ‘the people of London’ let alone the people whose livelihoods will be destroyed in the East End of London if the Crassly conceived CrossRail hole plot is allowed to go ahead. Jo Valentine is not alone. In every single one of the plugs for CrossRail, its backers and touts have made it bold and plain that the CRASS rail project is for the benefit of Big Business. It is not as if they have said that the project is to primarily address the economic the social the environmental needs of the main population of London. So why is there no awareness on the parts of those who are supposed to speak with ‘democratic legitimacy’ on behalf of and in the name of the people that are going to be devastated by the CrossRail hole plot?

Even with the temporarily 'bankable' ‘name’ ‘celebrity’ [all at the expense of the people of Iraq and other locations of violations by the Blaring regime and its propagandists like the racist war-mongering occupation-loving EVENING STANDARD London] contributors like Andrew Gilligan, the Standard keeps making the assumption that bits lying hold on the London market of ‘evening papers’ is unbreakable. Time is coming soon when that will change. That will have to change. For the EVENING STANDARD has no standard. It lacks standards. It has no concept – or at least those who make the editorial decisions on it have no concept of what constitutes the truth and what standard would read like if the publication were based on telling the truth to London people
Today’s 1st edition of the Lying EVENING STANDARD contains yet another parade of fabricated 'clamour’ for |Crossrail. In the nearly one and half page spread the standardless EVENING STANDARD lies at the expense of Brick Lane and Whitechapel as well. It carries a picture of what look like kitchen staff in a restaurant and says under that photograph, “Whitechapel: the dynamic community of Brick Lane stands to benefit from being at the heart of the rail line.”
The alleged rail line is of course Crossrail. The main feature is headed “Crossrail must be Brown’s first job’. This is crazy. This is as crass and as flawed as the entire Crossrail plot has been throughout the past 10 years. The standardless Evening Standard also lies about the costs and adds further lies by contradicting itself on the changing costs estimates… That is such a multiple pack of lies that we are examining every component of that package in the course of this evening. The UK Transport crisis is considerable and deserves to be addressed. But spin and propaganda for Big Business will not solve the problems that we face.

The CrossRail hole plot is a seriously flawed project. But its promoters have been in denial and have resolved to mislead the public and rely on spin and propaganda for it.

It will not deliver the alleged benefits its agents and touts have been claiming it will do.

The only guarantee that can be made about the consequences of the current Crossrail Bill being allowed to go through will be the waste of £Billions of public money that will make the Millennium Dome disaster a picnic.

Gordon Brown or whoever is in place as the UK Prime Minister in the next few months has a duty to make sure that all the constitutional and economic and environmental flaws that we have pointed out in the present Crossrail hole Bill are meticulously and extensively and manifestly comprehensively dealt with and examined before the scheme is given the financial go-ahead.

The next Comprehensive Spending Review must not be used as a deadline for dealing with the massive transport problems that the Crossrail Bill does not go anywhere near even truthfully cataloguing [in the supporting documentation to the formally presented Crossrail Bill] let alone technically resolving.

It is also unconstitutional, as the promoters of the project have failed to consult the people truthfully and effectively.

Also the so-called select committee in the UK House of Commons which has been put in place in the name of scrutiny is a sham and is moribund and ham-fisted.

The Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill, is now at the final stages of preparation of the series of constitutional challenges that we shall mount first in the UK courts and eventually in the European courts forums.

For 40 months, I have been studying the Crossrail hole Bill documentation, promotion literature and have been organising the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole plot.

In this time. I have initiated and conducted extensive communications with the holder of the post of Secretary of State, the Department for Transport and of course with the CLRL company that the DfT and the Transport for London set up to promote the scheme.

Most of the key criticisms I have of the scam have been published in headline forms on the internet since July 2004.

I am publishing several brief summaries of daily commentaries covering the economic, social and the environmental and the constitutional unacceptability and unsuitability of the Crossrail hole plot

I have asked more than 1000 questions of all key promoters.

There has not been one answer that meets the requirements of logic, economics, environmental and social justice from any of them.

What they have shown is a brazenness that is entirely based on the number of elected voting fodder that the given party can mobilise within the confines of the current parliament, mainly the House of Commons.

The same has been true of the local Tower Hamlets Council.

And the ‘undone mayor’ Ken Livingstone has disgraced the office he currently holds by fuelling such propaganda of lies for Big Business and at the expense of the local community that to state the litany of Livingstone's lies will take up an entire extended edition of the printed format of the Times!

Livingstone’s ‘regeneration via 2012 Olympics’ are lies! Admits the Ken Livingstone fan club member the London Guardian and Observer!
Even the Guardian group of time-serving, Crossrail hole plot-peddling violators of the truth and promoters of Blairing culture of lies, have to confess today, Sunday 13 May 2007: the regeneration lies of 2012 Olympics are lies! Have been lies! And they cite an alleged academic research carried out by a number including some from the ‘University of East London’! The Khoodeelaar! Movement has argued ALL along and has done ALL the research necessary to substantiate the statement that CRASSrail and the 2012 Olympics are fabrications whenever they are linked with ‘benefits’ to the inner city London. So why didn’t the lying Guardian report any instance of our statement? For 40 months, the Khoodeelaar! Movement has said that the Crossrail hole plot propaganda that it would bring ‘regeneration’ ‘benefits’ to the affected areas of London was utter rubbish. We have encountered persistent obstruction and pernicious additional lies by un-named touts and agents employed by the Big Business pluggers of the Crassrail scam. In the past seven days, we have shown how even the London, Rupert Murdoched Times newspaper and outlet has come to realise that Crassrail plot was far too farfetched and unviable. In the latest of their confessions, the Times web site admits that Crossrail is doomed to become another bottomless pit! In the accompanying report, the Times says a fraction of what Khoodeelaar! has been saying for 40 months. Just like the extensive ‘report on UK transport’ compiled under the sponsored faced of Rod Eddington. Eddington had been touted to be the latest in a line of publicly paid and hugely promoted ‘professionals and experts’ who was expected to prove ‘again’ that the Big Business was right to crave the £Billions of public money that it was plotting to rob from the UK Treasury under covers of CrossRail. But when the report finally came out, it did not contain the ringing endorsement for the Crossrail that that the touts had claimed it would do. So what did the touts resort to ? They decided to misreport the findings by Eddington. As typified by one of the BBC’s most idiotic and ignorant ‘journalists’ , Andrew W[h]ine-Stone-lie, who added his own stupidities [and fabrications by making up a bogus report as he filed in ‘live’ from the news conference held to launch the actual Eddington report, on the day concerned] to mess up the viewers and listeners’ access to what Eddington Report had to say about Crossrail. Wine-Stone-Lie was not the only one. The Guardian – the same group that is publishing its confession about the lies for 2012 Olympics bonanza, today, took Rod Eddington to task for refusing to promote the lie for CrossRail! London told: 'Don't expect a boom from the Olympics'

Assurances that the London Olympics in 2012 will create a boom in jobs, tourism and sports participation are unlikely to be fulfilled, warns a report commissioned by the capital's political leaders. Promises that the event will bring 50,000 jobs, affordable new housing on a large scale and contracts for small businesses in east London where the Games will be held will prove very difficult to honour, according to the study prepared for the London Assembly.

Academics who have examined the Olympic benefits experienced by the past four cities to host the world's biggest sporting event - Athens, Sydney, Atlanta and Barcelona - conclude that London will find it hard to realise its much-trumpeted ambitions of regenerating boroughs around the Olympic Park area, including Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham, which rank among the poorest places in Britain.

The report found that 2012 may struggle to make any serious difference to unemployment in London. 'Long-term unemployed and workless communities were largely unaffected by the staging of the Games in each of the [four] cities. Much of the employment was temporary, and there was also little evidence that volunteer skills transferred to the post-Games economy,' says the report co-authored by Dr Iain MacRury. 'Greece actually lost 70,000 jobs in the three months following the [2004] Games, mostly in the construction industry.' However, Sydney in 2000 and Barcelona in 1992 did enjoy some growth in jobs and inward investment from firms relocating.



The authors, from the London East Research Institute at the University of East London, analysed nine areas of the legacy that 2012 Games planners hope to leave. They conclude that it will be 'very challenging' for London to meet its goals on employment, sports participation, skills, tourism and disability awareness. Aims for urban renewal, the environment and the economy are 'challenging', while only community participation plans are deemed 'feasible'.

A revolution in numbers of people playing sport, a key element of bid leader Lord Coe's winning pitch to the International Olympic Committee in 2005, is unlikely to happen, says the report. While host cities always claim the event's presence will boost participation, this does not follow. It describes the claim by Neale Coleman, Olympics chief for London Mayor Ken Livingstone, that it was a 'given' that a high medal tally for British athletes in 2012 would drive up sports participation as evidence of 'complacency' from the Olympic authorities.

Sports venues built for 2012 could become 'white elephants' with no proper after-use, as has happened in some of the four cities studied, the authors point out. Tourism, predicted to enjoy a £2bn boom, could actually decline.

The London Assembly asked for the report after members of all five political parties represented voiced concern about a possible gap between 2012 leaders' rhetoric and the likely reality on the ground. Dee Doucey, the Liberal Democrat chair of the Assembly committee monitoring the Olympics, said: 'This report is a reality check for the Olympic authorities. It says that ambitions for previous Games haven't been fulfilled. It's always easy to make big, bold pledges when bidding for the Olympics, but clearly much harder to realise them.'

Doucey voiced concern that too few of the 30,000-40,000 new dwellings being built in the Olympic Park area would go to local people, and that local businesses would not share in the many big contracts on offer in preparation for the Olympics.

A spokesman for the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, which oversees the Olympics, said: 'The 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games have the potential to leave significant benefits for people throughout the UK. However, we have always said that these benefits will not fall into our laps. We have to work hard to make that happen and that is exactly what we are already doing and will continue to do.

'Ensuring that the Games will leave a sustainable legacy for London and the UK is one of the fundamental objectives for the London Olympic programme.'

One of the countless constitutional and legal weaknesses in the ‘democracy-linked’ ‘arsenal’ [!] [the lobby that is there to frustrate the integrity of parliament - assuming that there IS some integrity in the conduct of these concerned] of the Big Business forces pushing for the CrossRail hole plot is the fact that the Parliamentary committee, the so-called ‘Crossrail Bill’ ‘ select committee’ of MPs cobbled together by the Blairing MPs being whipped into a ‘committee’ [aided and abetted by a suitable number of yes men and women from across the so-called opposition parties] to give an image of ‘parliamentary legitimacy’ to the assault on the community, is devoid of any intellectual content whatever! The crassness of calling that panel of poodles a ‘select committee’ is also manifest in the fact that it is moribund, from the tart. It is also made up of some ‘MPs’ who are totally devoid of any capacity to think, if thought means any discernible activity related to a thing called the brain! Shocking! Even the Daily Mail’s sketch-writer [and a diehard right-winger himself, whom we would not ordinarily have anything to do with, described one of those poodle committee MPs as really dim! And the Daily Mail [and a ‘natural member of the political culture that is associable with the Tories] man was describing a Tory MP! The less said about the ‘Blairing’ former Labour Party ‘chair’ of the poodles the better for ethical and moral health of all concerned! [To be continued]

As became very clear during June 2006, almost a year ago, when the Khoodeelaar! Movement held the demonstration outside Parliament. That demonstration was itself restricted by the obstructive layers of legislation that Big Business had got Blair to bring about to deny full and truthful expression to opposition by the people whose rights are affected by the bulldozing Crossrail hole Bill. Time after time,. The chair of the poodle committee of MPs committing the fakery as the ‘select committee’ on the CRASSrail hole Bill, stopped the introduction of evidence showing that the contents, the design and the promotion of the Crossrail Bill had all been flawed….
The same pattern has been noticed in the behaviour of the committee this year as well. In an incident that took place in January, it emerged that the so-called legal team acting for the Crossrail hole plotters, had not done their research. Due to that lack of research, one group of opponents to the hole plot, were able to get their objection reinforced with the help of a witness that came about almost by accident. The witness recalled before the committee that the Crossrail hole Bill promoters had failed to hold proper constitutional consultation on the availability of an alternative to the route for the Crossrail hole underground line that currently is shown to be gong through Brick Lane and adjacent streets, mainly Hanbury Street and Princelet Street.

CRASSrail! At last! The glimmer, the flickers of confession on the parts of the Big Business organs that the London Crossrail plot is indeed a crass one! CRASS because it is not instantly recognisable as an economic necessity, nor as an intellectual conceptual certainty. The Crossrail hole plot lacks the essential theoretical integrity without which it cannot have any economic, social far less environmental acceptability use or utility for the community. It lacks that central market potential upon which any capitalist project is sold and justified – the reliable and dependable possibility linked with the project that it will produce dividends income and benefit!

So why am I saying these today? Have I not already said the same set of things about the London Crossrail scheme already?
On at least one thousand separate occasions if not more, during the past 40 months? I have indeed. But the London Times, controlled by Rupert Murdoch has not.
Nor has the London Financial Times [the so-called FT].
But these two titles have begun showing signs very recently, actually during only the past few weeks, of being ready for whatever editorial and proprietorial reasons or agenda, to admit that the Crossrail plot is indeed a crass one!
Today’s London Times website carries this extraordinary piece, which for the first time contains in a single article the main analytical conclusions that I have been making in my own published articles over the past 35 months. Indeed, the points that I have been making as based on the contents of the CrossRail hole plotter, have been acknowledged within the UK Department for Transport all the time. But they, the DfT have not had the intellectual honesty to admit that my analyses have been accurate to the extent that those have been. Some of the external web sites, especially the UK platforms of the USA-flaunted Indymedia, have been used by un-named promoters of the CRASSrail plot to publish irrational comments, mainly insults aimed at me. They have not been able to show any of the analytical points that I have made to be either factually unfounded or intellectually unsustainable. It is assumed that those who have been spending time in posting personally abusive comments in response to my analytical and evidential, diagnoses of the contents and the implications of the CRASSrail plot, are employed by the Crossrail promoters and the specific units of propaganda hired to make Crossrail hole plot-backer London mayor Ken Livingstone come across as reasonable. ,
That is why today’s piece [Thursday 10 May 2007] as carried on the London, Murdoch, and Times website is so significant.
What is the significance? It is in the fact that the bogus- and fictitiously named abusive racist posters who do their lying job by leaving stupid ill informed and ignorant posts as a part of their ‘job’ to serve Ken Livingstone and his colluders on Crossrail, will not feel so confident about leaving similarly abusive comments on the Times web site. They will know that the author of today’s Times online piece about Crossrail is a white person. To the racists and army of lairs, that is a ‘good’ quality. They do not acknowledge that Muhammad can think, originate and write universal let alone, superior thoughts and ideas!” hence their stupid enslavement to a fellow white, whoever that may be…. So for that reason, I think it is significant. The other significance is in the universal applicability of the piece itself in that it at last carries the elements of absolute truthfulness about the core flaws inherent in the CrossRail hole plot.

The Tories must stop the idiotic ‘search’ for a ‘charismatic candidate to challenge Ken Livingstone for London’ at the next scheduled [or actually called] election for Mayor. The Tories must stop searching for anyone at all. They must look at their empty desk and start thinking. Then they must find some way of getting some morality on the table. Then they must add some more. Then some more. Even some more to the small amount they will have managed to put on the table. Then they must start to relate the morality to their own behaviour. Look at their records. Then they must relate those records to the lives of people in London. The majority of ordinary people in London people who are on ordinary income. or no income at all, People who are being pushed into poverty. Others who are being kept in poverty. People who are being violated by the established bodies and authorities. The Tories in Britain must stop aping the big lairs that have dominated the scenes in the UK propaganda platforms over the past 15 years or so. The crassness at the core of the Crossrail ‘hole plot scam, scheme, project’ Bill has been the main reason why I have said for 40 months now, that the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against CrossRail hole plot should be heeded to and the Crossrail Bill as it is now, should be scrapped.
Although we created the Khoodeelaar! Movement initially to defend the Brick Lane, Whitechapel Stepney area against the immediate horrendous and lasting destructive attacks by Big Business and their key promoter, the 'Undone mayor' Ken Livingstone and his co-peddlers [including those installed by the City of Londo0n interests on the City of London corporation notably the Snyder element] via Crossrail on this area of inner city London, the package contained in the present ‘Crossrail Bill’ [which as put before the UK House of Commons in February 2005, 13 months after our campaign against the plot had begun] lacks economic, environmental and financial credibility. It therefore falls on those real criteria as applicable to the entirely of the metropolis that the plan is supposed to affect.
Throughout the past 40 months of the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the Crossrail hole plot, we have undertaken daily examination of every single aspect of the ‘arguments’ as advanced by touts and agents paid from the UK public funds but active in the promotion of Big Business interest! We have been representing our opposition from the ground and all the costs of our research, our audit, scrutiny and writing and publishing are being borne by ourselves. As our campaign is one of ethics, morality and principle, we are not paid by anyone. And we do not want to be paid for what we have been doing for 40 months. We expose the claims made by the peddlers for the highly fundamentally flawed Crossrail hole project. As we have pointed out in the past, one of the propagandists for CrossRail hole is a racist man called Matthew Parris. Those who suffer the propaganda slots of the BBC will be familiar with his name and his cringe-making voice and even more embarrassing postures on TV. Based on the evidence of his touting for various interests and prejudices over the years of his manifestly petty career it is independently and objectively demonstrable that Matthew Parris is as flawed about humanity and human conditions as is the CRASSrail hole plot that he has been insanely backing. His insanity is not exceptional. Nor is it a state that can be remotely compared with what in the language of English criminal law is known as the 'McNaghten Rules' syndrome. Matthew Parries is like Ken Livingstone quite deeply insecure and is in need of constant attention. It is the one thing that dominates his psyche. So to get the attention he – and Livingstone – individually, craves, they will say anything as long as it is capable of drawing attention. This is why Parris said a few months back that he would CHEER Ken Livingstone to declare that he, Livingstone would run again for London mayor as an ‘independent Tory’! Parris made the only ‘factual’ comment as the alleged reason for his backing for the ‘Undone mayor’ and that was that to him [Matthew Parris] Livingstone was a true believer in Crossrail!
As if this Crossrail plot was another universally applicable religious phenomenon! Or a cult! And not one of MANY intellectual ‘solutions’ to the mess that is the UK transport system.
Why was Matthew parries citing Crossrail in a religious, fanatic way?
Had Parris been converted to a fundamental religious cult?
Or perhaps he had been unfenced by George Galloway?
The Galloway link to Matthew Parris - or, to be factually accurate, the Matthew Parris link of hatred against George Galloway - is even more telling about the insanity of Parris and anyone else who is still ‘thinking’ of promoting the CRASSrail hole plot.
Parris is a deeply reactionary man. His personal background has a lot to do with the way he champions racist and reactionary forces.
In the run up to the UK general elections held in May 2005, almost ALL the mainstream trendies working for the British rightwing establishment – most of these trendies had replaced their counterparts of the 1970s and the 1980s and were openly racist, reactionary and Zionist – went out of their way to deride George Galloway. Galloway’s offence in their eyes was that he was standing for election to the UK House of Commons from the constituency of Bethnal Green and Bow. That seat was then occupied by one of Tony Blair’s alleged ‘Babes’, a woman that the late time-serving trendy Tony Bonkers Banks praised to the outer space when he condemned Galloway on the British TV 'election results' programmes for replacing her on the morning after the election.
And within a short time after that election, Matthew Parris wrote an unconcealed piece of racist incitement.
Parris said that Tony Blair should now drive the Crossrail hole through Brick Lane! Why? His answer was, ‘they voted for Galloway, didn’t’ they?’
Parris was in one brief sentence exposing as sham the billions words of propaganda about the sanctity of parliament, of the sanctity of the ‘British electoral system’ the sanctity of the ‘British commentator’
Parris was saying that the electors of Bethnal Green and Bow should be PUNISHED by imposing the Crossrail hole upon the area! It was nothing to do with any economics. Nothing to do with bringing regeneration. It was to degenerate the area. To destroy it. To devastate and to displace the people. The people among whom are so many culprits that dared to vote Oona King out and bring in George Galloway….

Parris is known to have been a British Tory MP. Whilst he was an MP, he posed for about a week as a person on the dole and then turned that offensively fake evidence to justify making all manner of claims about poverty, about class and about society as a whole. Whilst he was doing the pretending for a week, he was of course also acting as a 'journalist' and had the backing of the entire mainstream British media, print radio and TV [those were the days before the mass use of the internet was not even known, let alone practised by anyone outside of the main USA and Pentagon-centered operatives mostly keeping their use of the internet secret]…..

The point we make here is that the CrossRail-peddling bureaucrat makes a most predictable bragging utterance. It is illogical. So illogical that it can be cited as fitting the KHOODEELAAR! definition of the ‘Crossrail’ scam as CRASS.

Crossrail chairman Terry Morgan says his company will have spent £1bn by the second quarter of 2010 and cancelling the project would be a: “huge waste”.

Speaking at a breakfast briefing at the Labour Party conference in Brighton, Morgan said: “The key thing is to keep the programme running.
“By the second quarter of 2010, we will have the TBM contracts out and we will have then spent more than £1bn.
“To slow the progress down would be a huge waste. The compulsory purchase orders are also already up to £1bn spent,” he said.

Since we spoke to Francis Maude in Brick Lane in April 2006 about our opposition to the Crossrail hole agenda, we have published a number of updater reminders to him about the specific pledge that he gave us then of his Party’s MPs’ statements to be made in the UK House of Commons.

Those statements have not been made.

We are reminding both Francis Maude and his co-Conservative ‘leaders’ at whatever levels and shapes they may be placed in the Cameron-ed Conservative Party this weekend [Saturday 03 – Sunday 04 October 2009] [Manchester, England] [annual Tory Party jamboree and staged pretence to democracy and their version of the Brown-fronted Blairing ‘British’ ‘values’] that they owe this to not just the campaign against wasteful Crossrail scam; they do so to all the people in the country. That public resource must only be applied to a project upon that project being thoroughly evaluated and examined and found to be unquestionably necessary and justified in light of actual and sustainable need. And by taking into account the economic capacity of the country at the time.

We tell Francis Maude another thing for the records: that when he spoke to KHOODEELAAR! In April 2006 he did so against the background of at least one good hour of extensive conversation we had with one of his Party’s then candidates [at the 4 May 2006] Council elections in Tower Hamlets.

On 4 May 2006, that candidate did not get elected.

However the fact that he actually was prepared to listen to our detailed reasoning showed to us that notwithstanding previous conclusions on the Tories, we noted that behaviour and updated our conclusions and left open the conceptual possibility that they might be entitled to seek legitimacy as the alternative ‘Party’ on Tower Hamlets Council.

That communication from the head of Ken Livingstone’s transport department, effectively says that the Khoodeelaar! demands for Ken Livingstone to make full disclosure of all his communications with the clique of corrupt controllers of Tower Hamlets Council are too expensive for the London Mayor to comply with !

3. There is no specific item that the London Mayor has identified in his mayor communication to Khoodeelaar on Monday 24 April 2006 as constituting an allegedly over-the-permitted limit of administration cost request under the Freed of Information Act.

4. The key point is that Khoodeelaar! the campaign against the CrossRail hole Bill attacks plan on the Brick Lane London E1 area, has been issuing ken Livingstone with a series of pre-action [letter before claim] communications and the London mayor has now run out of excuses.

5. At the centre of the Khoodeelaar legal action claims against Ken Livingstone lies in the fact that the mayor has persistently misled Londoners generally and the UK Parliament through his undisclosed deals with the Transport Department and in particular the people of the East End community affected by the CrossRail hole plan.

6. Khoodeelaar! delivered the first demand to ken Livingstone for confirming a number of facts that were linked with the mayor’s release of a news item on 24 March 2006.

7. That was followed within a day or two by other calls on Livingstone to disclose the facts of his dealing with the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.

8. It was again repeated by Khoodeelaar! no to Crossrail hole campaign updating their calls on Livingstone to deal with the factual questions that arose about the stunt from the written statement about the CrossRail hole Bill that was issued in the UK House of Commons by CrossRail hole Minister Alistair Darling on 30 March 2006.

9. The mayor is on record as having touted for the enlisting of the ‘leaders’ and ‘lead members’ of a number of local councils, including the then leader of Tower Hamlets Council [Helal Uddin Abbas] in February 2004 as part of the Livingstone lobby for CrossRail plan.

10. In a Crossrail-hole-plan promotional ‘letter’ published in 2004 under the name of Ken Livingstone together with the names of Helal Uddin Abbas and others from other local Councils, the promotion of CrossRail was made without a single qualification let alone reservation.

11. Khoodeelaar! immediately wrote to both Livingstone and demanded that the Evening Standard publish the truth about the CrossRail hole plan. Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque told the Editor of the London EVENING STANDRDA that their failure to publish the truth about the CrossRail plan [as it still was - because the CrossRail hole Bill was not put before the House of Commons until 22 February 2005, almost a year after Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque was having the series of demands put on Ken Livingstone and Christine Gilbert to tell the truth of their then role in promoting the CrossRail plan. The EVENING STANADRD failed to publish the truth. As did Ken Livingstone.

That was in February 2004.

13. Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque also wrote to Tower Hamlets Council chief Executive Christine Gilbert in February 2004 and in March 2004 asking for a series of detailed answers to questions about her own role in promoting the CrossRail hole plan including the question as to what advice, if any, had she, Christine Gilbert, given to the ruling clique or group on the Tower Hamlets Council. There was no reply. There has been no reply.

When Khoodeelaar! issued the latest then updated series of legal claims against Alistair Darling, ken Livingstone, Christine Gilbert and a few others and said that the application to the High Court in London against them would be filed on Monday 27 March 2006, a number of things immediately happened.

15. Ken Livingstone suddenly issued a news release on 24 March 2006 saying that the CrossRail Dirt hole in the Brick Lane London E1 had been scrapped!

16. And that Ken Livingstone Crossrail-Dirt-hole plan against Brick Lane London E1 area scrapping stunt announcement was then used as the peg for the evening TV news which featured the entire cabal of self-seeking politicos doing their fame slots and assorted other fantasies. They were given more time than khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque who did say on the record [BBC London News, Friday 24 April 2006] that as far as Khoodeelaar! Was socnceend, they had immediately asked Livingstone to substantiate the claims of the scrapping of the Crossrail Dirty hole plan and demanded that Livingstone to answer the outstanding detailed KHOODELAAR! no to CrossRail hole questions that had been put to him as based on his unqualified plugs for the CrossRail plan over the previous years

17. Accordingly, Muhammad Haque and Khoodeelaar! camapgn sent the detailed further questions immediately and also went to City hall on Monday 3 April 2006 and delivered a series of questions for Livingstone to deal with.

On the same occasion [3 April 2006] Khoodeelaar demonstrated the campaign’s opposition to Ken Lisnsgt9ine’s role so far and demanded that Livingstone come out with the overdue answers to the extensive and the very comprehensive KHOODEELAAR! No to the Crossrail hole questions which had arisen from Livingstone’s stunt staged on Friday 24 March 2006.about the alleged scrapping of the CrossRail Dirt hole.

20. Until the aadhikaronline news carried the first detailed transcripts of the Khoodeelaar! Organiser’s Questions and answers encounter with Conservative party chair Francis Maude in Brick Lane in the mid afternoon of Monday 24 April 2006.

21. Ken Livingstone’s head of Transports sent an e-mail which is full of typical Ken Livingstone's dissembling. The concept of dissembling as associated with ken Livingstone on 24 April 2006 had already been spotted and identified a month previously [on Friday 24 March 2006] out by Khoodeelaar organiser Muhammad Haque in his news interview with the BBC London political editor Tim Donovan on that date [Friday 24 March 2006].

I for one would rather hear the calm and rational facts about the misdeeds of the council. That Brady centre meeting was not run well. Why didn't they have any facility for the facts to be given first?

I don’t know how many other similar meetings are taking place in The East End before the 4 May polling day. If there is any more left, it would be better to let the audience get to see the facts before expecting them to go one way or the other.

How about you lot councillor candidates, giving us those facts?

Why not give us the facts first and then let us decide?

Why should you even give us lectures?

We’ve been inundated with pleas for 'time to change’.

But how can it be changed if we keep being given the same boring routines?

I couldn't help noticing the word congratulate occur in today’s East London Advertiser.

They have a brand new look on the picture of Mr Ken Livingstone's theft-charge-and-acquitted adviser [ex], Mr K Moreshid!

I wonder if the East London Advertiser is in an arrangement whereby they have to keep publishing images of this man who was not involved in anything in the East End that was without a cash link.

As the Liberal Councillors of 1990-94 could recall, Mr K Murshid was kept in the East by a Labour Party bureaucracy that needed to use its 'ethnic' face to get the votes.

Mr More Shid was an illegal entrant. and an illegal stayed in the UK.

Hr was subject to several deportation orders. None of those orders had any link with racism. He was a plain illegal.

The Labour Party organisational leaders kept him in the East End. And Mr More Shid served their purposes.

And he became very rich.
