KHOODEELAAR! Updating the evidential and constitutional and democratic diagnostics on the unreliable 'leadership' of the UK Lib Dems party which has persisted in serving the Big Business agenda scam Crossrail and its peddlers despite periodic denials and fakery suggesting that it was not stooged to serve Big Business...

Last week’s exhibition of ignorance, unreliability and incompetence by UK Lib Dems ‘leader’ Nick Clegg ‘MP’ posing for photographs sitting in a proprietorial way next to Vince Cable as they claimed to be fully committed to Crossrail, constituted a part of a history of unreliability by that ‘party’ on the Big Business scam.
When a timeline is finally written of the UK Lib Dems’ behaviour on Big Business agenda Crossrail, it will show WHY that Party cannot be trusted to tell the truth. It has not got the habit of telling the truth. In the context of significant and serious matters.
In September 2009, Vince Cable hogged the London EVENING STANDARD’s main space by claiming that Crossrail was not a key priority for ‘us’, presumably meaning the UK Lib Dems Party.
Less than a month later, on 15 October 2009 the same Vince Cable was caught exposed in his utter ignorance. About Crossrail.
He was heard to say that ‘Crossrail was a good project’!
Not only that, moments apart from that utterance, Vince Cable was lost in a fog of his own complacent ignorance. He didn’t even know whether Crossrail went through Tower Hamlets. Given that he was making the utterance in a location IN Tower Hamlets, the ‘Party’s ‘ claim that it [collectively] possesses the requisite ability to opine authoritatively on any policy issue is absolutely ridiculous.
As it has proved with the SAME London EVENING STANDARD running a third posture by the UK Lib Dems on the same Crossrail scam last week.
Which came as no surprise to the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign against the stooging of the UK Parliament by Big Business.
We had been studying the diabolical displays by the Lib Dems for years....As we made plain in the comment [published in full texts below] two years ago this month to the south west London regional titles Richmond and Corydon and Twickenham GUARDIAN series.

I am writing to put on the record my sense of utter astonishment at coming across a quotation in your item apparently reporting the position on Crossrail as taken by Brian Paddock, one of the candidates at the scheduled 1 May 2008 election for the ‘post of mayor of London’.
You quote him as follows:-
“There's a bias against commuters in south west London. Money going into projects like Crossrail don't benefit them at all," he said.
Did he actually say those words?
I am only asking this because in the period since he has been the declared candidate for the post for the Liberal Democrats, Mr Paddick has not come across as making any similar statement about Crossrail. This is very serious.
Also, when he appeared on the ITV programme ' packaged as a ‘debate’ between the three candidates including Mr Paddick and Boris Johnson and the incumbent Ken Livingstone, Mr Paddick was the one that opted OUT of that segment of the broadcast programme which was dedicated to the issue of CROSSRAIL.
In fact Crossrail was the subject that was shown on the ITV programme to have caused one of the main ‘forceful’ exchanges between Johnson and Livingstone, with Brian Paddick fading out of focus!
So what is the point that he is making in the statement you attribute to him?
Also, he has NOT made any comment similar to the one you report him as having made apparently questioning the cost of Crossrail, about the Crossrail scheme in relation to the main role played by all the ‘ Lib Dem spokespersons’ on transport in London as evident on their records .
Nor did Mr Paddick question the promotion of Crossrail that was sung by Lib Deems MP Susan Kramer at the ‘Third Reading’ of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ as held in the House of Commons on 13 December 2007.
Equally, Mr Paddick has not disowned, on the record and in public the position on Crossrail as exhibited by any of the others in the Lib Dems party who have been part of the parade of the pro-Crossrail lobby over the past four years.
That parade has included the Lib Dem MP Lynne Featherstone who in 2005-2006 was one of the very few MPs that went to the verge of hysteria in denouncing both Gordon Brown and Alistair Darling for their alleged reluctance to provide the public funding for the Crossrail scheme.

I always knew you pulled to the left, Croyboy!
In all seriousness, Mr Paddick is a grade one bloke but he won't be getting my vote.
He is not a politician, not even on the high level office variety so what is he going to do when he meets all the political animals as the Mayor?
I don't think he can address anything in a useful way - just like Ken Livingstone has become.
I'm not even sure about Boris but I reckon he can at least make headway with all the political worms that parasitically live off our Council tax.
As for Ian Blair.....he needs to go.

I don't care what happens as long as we get rid of 'Ken'. In that respect a vote for the Lib Dems is a wasted one!
